Many people I know hate the new car buying experience, primarily because the hassle of dealing with car salesman can be awful. Car salesman have amongst the worst reputation when it comes to a sales care primarily because the hassle of dealing with car salesman can be awful. Car salesman have amongst the worst reputation when it comes to a sales career... they are pushy, under paid, generally lack any real knowledge, and care nothing about the customer at hand. When I arrived to Coconut Creek Hyundai I had an opportunity to work with Tyrone Dorsey. Tyrone delivered a very different experience for my wife and I during our purchase of a new 2014 Sante Fe. He was knowledgeable, friendly, kind, and new how to ask for our business without being pushy and/or annoying. Tyrone is very laid back, does not use cheap tactics to try and force you into a sale on a vehicle you can't afford. I have since referred one friend to Tyrone who recently purchased a new Genesis Coupe, will continue to refer more friends when I have an opportunity to do so, and will visit him myself in a couple of years when my current lease is up, to see what Hyundai has to offer at that time. The Coconut Creek Hyundai location is a well established outfit as well. Clean, decent selection, and an overall friendly staff. While I was trying to finish my purchase, I needed to borrow a pen from someone to take down my insurance information, and a very nice lady (dressed like she was from some high end corporate office) came running over to assist, very impressive. Lastly, for the first time in by car buying life, the process of going through the finance department wasn't a complete and total disaster. I felt no pressure to buy additional addons, and for the first time ever... I actually DID! I recently purchased a Dodge from Arrigo over in Sawgrass, and the finance manager was such a horrible pain to deal with, I'd be hesitant to go back there because of it. I worked with Mike Colon initially thru emails and found him to be extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the features in the car and the pricing. There was little to no negotiation required as he met th him to be extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the features in the car and the pricing.
