Worst customer service I brought my car into the Hyundai service center for a simple oil change. I came in somewhat early in the middle of the week when I thought they would I brought my car into the Hyundai service center for a simple oil change. I came in somewhat early in the middle of the week when I thought they would not be as busy. After parking my car under the overhang in the service area, I got out and stood by my car and waited for a customer service agent. There is a sign there saying that is what were are supposed to do. While waiting I had 2 different service center employees walk right past me and didn't acknowledge me whatsoever. It was like I was a ghost. Finally a third employee acknowledged me and stated that someone will be with me shortly. Finally after a few more minutes a fourth employee came to me to fill out the paperwork. After waiting 1 1/2 hours; I decided to ask for a time frame on when the vehicle would be finished. An employee went to the back and as I looked into the back I can see my car being driven into the service center. They were just now bring the car back to get started on the oil change. I questioned the employee who showed me the time on the work order sheet and that time was 30 minutes after I initially filled out the paperwork. It took them 30 minutes just to enter my car into the system and then another hour before they were able to bring the car back. They were not even that busy! To make matters worse when I questioned the employee about the time frame; he began to argue with me and just basically stated it is not his fault. After another 25 minutes; the car was done and I was able to leave. They did not even wash or vacuum the car like I asked and it was printed on the paperwork. Absolutely horrible customer service. My wife and I were thinking about buying another car from them but after this experience, we will never go back to that store! Stay Away!!! More

From the begin My husband and I had the opportunity to meet Ms Edline Fils-Aime whom had two beautiful Hyundai Sonatas prepared for us to test drive. From the beginning we arrived at the dealership we were impressed with her service. Our experience was by far the best we have ever had over any other dealer. We got right in and out with ease. Purchasing the Sonata through finance was a snap. The staff was knowledgeable and prepared. As teacher's we really appreciated the great deal we got. Can't beat the Price! Best around. ;) More
Sales Associate Richie Dee I was looking for a newer vehicle with more space and good reliability. I saw one online and decided to go in. I figured I would find the old 'bait & I was looking for a newer vehicle with more space and good reliability. I saw one online and decided to go in. I figured I would find the old 'bait & switch', but surprisingly I did not. When I arrived I was greeted by Richie Dee who was courteous, respectful and professional. I explained to him what I was looking for and he never once attempted to get me to buy something I didn't want or need. He ensured the vehicle was properly serviced and cleaned before delivery of it and followed up after the sale. I am not sure if this is how the dealership treats everyone, or if Richie is unique among their sales team, but I certainly will refer others and return when I need to buy another vehicle. I just hope Richie is still working there. More

He didn't seem to understand it. When I had shopped their competition I was told that the two door sports model was $700 more. The sales manager then came out. His name was Eddie. He was not particularly pleasant and stated it was $2700 more. I had driven the 4 door Elentra home ar Richie Dee had conned me into selling my old 2004 BMW. When I told the sales manager I was not buying the 2 door hatchback for $2700 more and would stick with the 4 door, he was not happy. It was not a good experience and I would not reccomend this dealership. More
THIS IS THE BEST DEALERSHIP I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. THEY ARE FRIENDLY, COURTEOUS, BUT NOT PUSHY. I WAS ABLE TO TEST DRIVE SEVERAL CARS AND THEN DRIVE THE CAR I WANTED SEVERAL TIM I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. THEY ARE FRIENDLY, COURTEOUS, BUT NOT PUSHY. I WAS ABLE TO TEST DRIVE SEVERAL CARS AND THEN DRIVE THE CAR I WANTED SEVERAL TIMES, AFTER COMING BACK SEVERAL DAYS LATER. I WENT TO OTHER DEALERSHIPS TO TEST DRIVE CARS THAT SEEM SIMILAR TO THE VELOSTER. BUT THEY DID NOT EVEN COME CLOSE IN PERFORMANCE AND COMFORT. THE SALES PEOPLE DID NOT HAVE THE SAME ENERGY AND ENTHUSIASM ABOUT THEIR PRODUCT. I HAD THE ELEMENT SPORT COUP FOR 3 YEARS. IT WAS A GREAT CAR BUT WE WERE LOOKING FOR SOMETHING WITH A LITTLE MORE LEG ROOM. I LOVE THE NEW TECHNOLOGY OF THE VELOSTER. THIS IS A BEAUTIFUL CAR. WITH THE HELP OF MR. SUBEIH I WAS ABLE TO GET THE COLOR I WANTED AND WITH THE HELP OF COURTNEY THE SMALL DENT ON THE PASSENGER SIDE WAS REMOVED RIGHT AWAY. YOU CAN'T EVEN TELL IT WAS EVER THERE. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS DEALERSHIP AND WOULD RECOMMEND IT TO EVERYONE. EVEN IF YOUR NOT SURE YOU WANT TO BUY A CAR JUST TO COME IN AND LOOK AROUND IS FUN. JJAMES More

It begins the moment you step foot insi Car buying can be an emotionally draining experience, not to mention a prolonged process from start to finish. It begins the moment you step foot inside the dealership, to finding the car you like, to negotiating with your rep and their sales manager, to the long waits of the back n fourth while numbers are being crunched, to the abundance of paperwork needed to be signed and of course the last line of defense -- the finance manager where you are pressured into buying extended warranties for your new vehicle that suddenly increases your monthly payments to a number you can't even begin to fathom. The whole thing is exhausting and most people really don't look forward to car buying unless you're fortunate enough to just walk into a dealership, pick out whatever you want because money is no object and sign and drive. Still no matter how you slice it, you're giving up a few hours of your life that you'll never get back again. Car salesmen for the most part do a great job of perpetuating those stereotypes you hear. From standing outside like a pack of vultures sizing up their next victim. To blatantly discussing you with their peers the second you get out of your car. They look at the car you drive, the clothes your wear, the watch you have on your wrist or the purse you are carrying. This is how they determine who is their ideal candidate. Who they need to really work for the sale. Who they can get a quick an easy buck from or who they shouldn't invest too much into because they know they a) can't afford it or b) aren't serious about buying a car to begin with. Coming from a sales background, I understand the challenges, but I appreciate integrity more. That is why when you find a sales person like Michael Colon it is not only refreshing, but a God send. Michael is the epitome of a class act. He is understanding, empathetic, patient, enthusiastic and most importantly, honest. He won't put you into a car that isn't right for you. Unlike many other sales reps, he will take the time to find the best match. A true professional and with 28+ years of experience, this is the type of person I only wish to deal with when car buying. You can tell he genuinely cares about getting the best deal for both parties. While others may not have the know-how or will to help and just force you into a car you aren't comfortable with, Mike knows a sale isn't about instant gratification for him, but it's a beginning of a loyal relationship with you the buyer. Mike does right by you and because of that, he ultimately wins you over. Wins your loyalty, your word-of-mouth, your positive reviews and all of those great residual effects. I can't imagine buying a car from anyone other than Michael Colon. He is truly the last of a dying breed. More

Both times he has taken the time to answer all my questions, explained in detail all the features of my new Sonata and set up the Bluetooth for me.
