Extremely Disappointed I bought a brand new car from this dealership on 8/28/14. When I went to pick it up it had a scratch on it. It went in the shop 3 times and each time I bought a brand new car from this dealership on 8/28/14. When I went to pick it up it had a scratch on it. It went in the shop 3 times and each time they made the problem worse. Also, they admitted to driving my car (insured under me not the dealer) to the body shop, putting miles on my car and using my gas (of which they were never going to tell me or ask my permission). Unfortunately, I had to file a complaint with Hyudani Corporate Headquarters. When I did, things changed. I now, 9/27/14, have a new car. They replaced the car they made worse for a new one. I am happy about that. However, I am still disappointed in Coconut Creek Hyundai as a dealer because until I complained they were not going to give me any other option except to continue sending it to the auto body shop to be fixed. I do not believe they would have ever given me a new car (which I had asked for). I have never been so disappointed with customer service in any industry in my life. I bought a brand new car that I could not drive for a month (had to pay the insurance, etc). The dealer managed to make the car worse and would not give me options when I asked for either an exchange or my money back. That forced me to have to go to Corporate. I hope I will love the car as many have told me good things about this car. I just wish I had a better experience with this dealership. More
