Amazing Car Buying Experience ! My wife and I had major credit issues. We did not think it possible to get a car. The Credit manager, Erik Godston and Sales person, Edeline Fils-Aime treated us like family from the start. First Edeline was delightful to work with, not at all a pushy sales person, but a caring individual, who actually helped us to pick a less expensive car then we had in mind. She allowed us to take our time and found us a car that was a perfect fot for us and absolutely amazing! An incredible 2013 Hyundai Sonata, which was like new at an incredible price. I was expecting another disappointment when it came to getting approved, but then we were brought to the credit manager, Erik Godston who worked his magic and actually got us an amazing rate at an very reputable finance company. He never pressured us by trying to upsell unwanted options, but recommended only those that would help and benefit us. He took his time and explained everything and spent a great amount of time, even though it was late and after hours, never rushed us and worked out every detail to put us in the best possible situation, which was affordable, and we felt like he really cared. By far the absolute best car buying experience that I had ever experienced in all of my 50 years. Please do yourself a favor and give Edeline and Erik a chance before making any other car buying decision, you will be glad that you did. Eli Alfasi had my car ready for me when I got there and made sure what had to be done to it was done, and immediately started my buying process as soon as I got there while working with another customer. He had everything already set up for me so I was quickly transitioned to finance. Sean Mattison was great with getting me the best payment and the best insurance, also so understanding and friendly. Steve Weinstein was nice enough to take time to help me with my online banking when I had troubles which was very kind of him. I cant begin to explain how appreciative I am of all of the people who helped make my first time buying a car painless. Even though I was there for five hours I was honestly surprised with how fast they had me taken care of, given I had many circumstances they had to work around. Other dealerships turned me down, I thought it was impossible for me to buy a car on my own, but Coconut Creek was so willing to work with me no matter the situation. They made everything work and I drove home my new amazing Veloster Turbo all the way back to Clearwater. Even though I don't live in the area they have my business for life, and my recommendation to anyone and everyone. More
