Amazing Car Buying Experience ! My wife and I had major credit issues. We did not think it possible to get a car. The Credit manager, Erik Godston and Sales person, Edeline Fils-Aime treated us like family from the start. First Edeline was delightful to work with, not at all a pushy sales person, but a caring individual, who actually helped us to pick a less expensive car then we had in mind. She allowed us to take our time and found us a car that was a perfect fot for us and absolutely amazing! An incredible 2013 Hyundai Sonata, which was like new at an incredible price. I was expecting another disappointment when it came to getting approved, but then we were brought to the credit manager, Erik Godston who worked his magic and actually got us an amazing rate at an very reputable finance company. He never pressured us by trying to upsell unwanted options, but recommended only those that would help and benefit us. He took his time and explained everything and spent a great amount of time, even though it was late and after hours, never rushed us and worked out every detail to put us in the best possible situation, which was affordable, and we felt like he really cared. By far the absolute best car buying experience that I had ever experienced in all of my 50 years. Please do yourself a favor and give Edeline and Erik a chance before making any other car buying decision, you will be glad that you did. Eli Alfasi had my car ready for me when I got there and made sure what had to be done to it was done, and immediately started my buying process as soon as I got there while working with another customer. He had everything already set up for me so I was quickly transitioned to finance. Sean Mattison was great with getting me the best payment and the best insurance, also so understanding and friendly. Steve Weinstein was nice enough to take time to help me with my online banking when I had troubles which was very kind of him. I cant begin to explain how appreciative I am of all of the people who helped make my first time buying a car painless. Even though I was there for five hours I was honestly surprised with how fast they had me taken care of, given I had many circumstances they had to work around. Other dealerships turned me down, I thought it was impossible for me to buy a car on my own, but Coconut Creek was so willing to work with me no matter the situation. They made everything work and I drove home my new amazing Veloster Turbo all the way back to Clearwater. Even though I don't live in the area they have my business for life, and my recommendation to anyone and everyone. More

Jam artists and strokes I went in there 11/3/14 on an appointment with Robert Perez to look at a 2010 Hyundai Sonata. Went in to meet with finance guy Sean Davis. The interest rate he gave me was way high I thought. So I left a good faith 50% deposit on the down they wanted ($500) and when I left made it clear we have no deal yet. I wanted to go home and crunch the numbers Sean in finance gave me. As it turns out he gave a subprime rate 17.99% when my credit score clearly made me eligible for a nonprime which on a national average is 8.5%!!!!!!! I emailed my salesman told him we have no deal, do not cash that check. I emailed him again, told him no deal do not cash the check destroy it or reurn it. On the 5th they initiated an ACH request to my bank and they paid it. Now, on the 11th, cannot get help. My sales rep does not return calls, lies to me and said he took it to accounting who I talked to today and they said the finance manager has to handle it (my sales rep did not know this? yeah right), Sean Davis lied to me about the interest rate I qualify for, all these people I were involved with are liars. Period. Do your homework, get your credit score, see what the national averages are as to interest rates based upon your Experian credit score, because these liars in finance will try to jam you. In my case, they would have written the deal at 17.99%, got me into a monthly payment of $265.00, when I use autoloan calcultor at calculator.net I come up with $225 per month; when the true monthly payment at 8.5%, which is the national average for a used car nonprime loan, would have been $184.00!!!!!!!!! Now I can't even get anyone to help me get my %500 back! THIS OUTFIT HAS STROKES WORKING IN THEIR FACILITY. I AM SURE SOME ARE GOOD HONEST PEOPLE. ROBERT PEREZ AND SEAN DAVIS ARE NOT! More
