Family and relatives have purchased four different vehicles from here. We brought our 2022 Hyundai venue to the body shop and had it repaired there through the other person's insurance. Took 40 days to get the vehicle back and had to fight to get back our rental reimbursement due to their lack of communication with the insurance company. Upon that being rectified, the rear bumper cover has some major flaws in it. Richard and Brian Baker who is the director took pictures of it and stated that is a defective bumper cover. So you would think they would replace it and honor their lifetime warranty on their work. They tried to say the insurance company has to pay for an oem cover however I have several emails with the insurance carrier she was willing to try to help but because Brian failed to send her any information a supplement she eventually said she really is not responsible because it is their fault. I spoke with Brian a few times and sent emails and he said he was going to work on it and send me evidence of any kind of emails and he never did. Think about it you're going to a supposedly a reputable Body Shop don't you think that they should notice a defective bumper cover and then the painter must have noticed how it came out. You got paid a crap load of money and yet you installed a defective bumper cover according to you. As far as I know it was not painted properly. At this point I will be leaving reviews on dealerator Facebook Instagram and anywhere else. I have evidence proof of several emails which has been ignored. I reached out to Brian and he will not return my calls because he is guilty of poor craftsmanship. This is also breach of contract. You provided service with a guarantee a warranty and failing to honor it. Brian Baker you are not a man of your word you have no integrity! You know who this is blue 2022 Hyundai venue. Took vehicle in because engine light was on. 7:30am on Tuesday spoke with Alex Castaño, asst. serv. manager. Assigned to Jessie Leto, serv. tech. Rented a car. Called to check on status on Wed 7:30am on Tuesday spoke with Alex Castaño, asst. serv. manager. Assigned to Jessie Leto, serv. tech. Rented a car. Called to check on status on Wednesday around 3pm. Left different messages for both Alex and Jessie. No call back. Pulled the vehicle on Thursday at 10am. It had not been touched. Over 48 hours since drop off. Note - I had asked to see if resetting the engine light would solve the problem since I had played with the gas cap. That would have taken 2 minutes. Never done. More
My first visit here for my 2 year service. I dropped my vehicle off at 8:30 and was told it would take about 2 hours. I called at 1:30 (5 hrs) and got the advisor’s voicemail. No response by 2.00 so I called again, voicemail again. I left another message. No reply On my 2.30 call I spoke to a woman and explained the problem and asked for a manager. She transferred me and again voicemail. Several more calls and finally decided to go there. As soon as we pull in I see my vehicle sitting out front. When I went inside I asked Jesse why I never got a call to let me know my vehicle was ready. He said he did call me . “I call all my customers “ he said. I showed him my phone with 12 calls to Hyundai and not one from Hyundai. His reply was “it must have gone to voicemail “. I had no voicemails from them. While in line to get my keys another customer said she had the same problem. This was my first and LAST time using Coconut Creek Hyundai. No professionalism. More

Customer service is horrible. Service Advisor never calls back. Managers ignore you even when you are standing there waiting for them. When you ask to speak to a manager, they will only route you to the voice mail of your service advisor and never want to hear that there is a problem with the advisor. Bad enough there was a back order part, but no one cared about informing me. Had to complain to corporate multiple times to get information. After service was done, had three 'redo' and each time they wanted a new appointment weeks later. I am replacing the car right away, not because the car has issues, but because I never want to go back there. (And I told one supervisor that very statement, and they said "whatever, I don't care".) Instead they have now cause this review. I hope everyone sees this and learns a valuable lesson from this. Make sure you get every detail about your deal disclosed. I am going to buy my hyundai at DelRay Hyundai because they have the same car with a lower MSRP and they didnt try to pull a fast one and change cars the last minute. We discuss a vehicle and come to a deal that is of course much more than what I have at Delray Hyundai. Then This guy calls me back says his manager has changed his mind and we can do a lower price. So funny how he fails to mention the car changed as well. Then he lies about our conversation when i call him out on his xx. This store does not disclose fees on their customer worksheets. We met with Dom on an early morning visit to consider a used car. The unit we found was a 2019 (four years old) with low mileage. We confirmed price on internet and called as directed thinking Dom was going to offer a better deal. Nope … Dom now suggested minimum price was over 22k and he would not confirm best pricing till we came back. What …we were in and told to call later. Unscrupulous car salesman that plays games and once again shows a dealership that cannot be fair, transparent, and honest. Dealer Prep fee, which is pure profit to dealer, I’d also a hefty 995.00 in addition to sales price. We suggest going elsewhere and remember most Kias/Hyundai models made from 2016 thru 2021 have immobilizer issues and many will not even be insured by major carriers. Perhaps we should have thanked Dom for his poor sales techniques as we chose to never return. More
