Bait & Switch tactics The lease on my sisters Hyundai was coming due and the dealer said we can come in early for a new lease. With me being out of town and my sister alone The lease on my sisters Hyundai was coming due and the dealer said we can come in early for a new lease. With me being out of town and my sister alone and elderly I called to confirm the details of the new lease. It was to be simple, same term-36 months, same price she was currently paying, new car. When she arrived at the dealership they said there was an error, the price was higher, the term was 48 months, no new car. I called the manager the next day to sort it out and he said we should have never been quoted anything on the phone and that was it. I reminded him that this would have been our 3rd lease through his dealership, he just didn't care. I called Delray Hyundai - GREAT salesman - Travis Williams bottom line - New car - 36 months - less than we were currently paying. Goodbye Coconut Creek Hyundai you won't see us again More

Best decision I ever made!! I came into the dealership to hopefully, purchase a vehicle I needed. I was blown away by what I was offered. My salesman, Jack Jemini, was a gentleman to do business with. Not only was it his day off, but he stayed to help select the vehicle I wanted and made sure I was satisfied with everything before I left the dealership. It was late and quite stormy, but he even stayed until the finance papers were completed and explained to me everything on the car I needed to know. I would highly recommend Coconut Creek Hyundai dealership and Jack Jemini. I don't remember the financial wizards last name that completed all the paperwork, but his first name was Mike. He was fast and efficient, making sure I understood everything. More
