Best experience ever in buying a vehicle. I had previous experiences buying vehicles at another dealerships, to be honest is the first time that i feel that i got the vehicle that i want and n I had previous experiences buying vehicles at another dealerships, to be honest is the first time that i feel that i got the vehicle that i want and no the one that they need to sell me. Staring from the knowledge of Jacqueline and the patience and help of the Manager Frank Sanchez and Mark Fine, really saw another side or you can say the right way to buy a vehicle. Other dealers might offer things that i will never use like 200k miles warranty or discount gas that i will never get because i live to far from them. I will stay with the place that show me respect and try to help me in getting what im looking for, a combination of what i need with what i want. Really impress with the product but no compare to the professionalism of the staff. i will recommend this dealership and his people to anyone that is looking for a vehicle even if is not a Hyundai like me, i was considering another two brands but again, the service and attention. the way i felt make me decide for Hyundai. Service Department Tom Krisak is the best Service guy in this dealership. ALWAYS goes above and beyond the call of duty. He takes care of me every time I come in. Without any hesitation this man is always taking care of me and anything I need. I went in today 11/2/2015 to get my right rear brake light changed thinking it was just the bulb, but it was the actual connector. I am out of warranty, but Tom got me covered any way.
