Best EXPERIENCE that I have had with a dealership in years I went in for a service call and ended up looking at a 2015 Sonata and ended up trading my Sonata in on it. The salesman Ali Sherief went out of his way to get me the best deal. The sales manager, finance person made sure that the deal was the best that they could do, and that I was happy with it. If you need a new Hyundai this is the dealership you want to go to. When it comes to repairs I have never had a problem with there service Department. in years George (service adviser) goes out of his way to help you with your vehicle. Thank You for being a great dealer ship and one who cares about there customers. More

I had not planned to buy a car and had done no research but with the help of my Salesman Ryan Kremelberg and my former Salesman (now Business Manager) Brian Gore, I did not need to worry. Both were helpful and patient. I had excellent service over the last nine years with the Santa Fe and expect another nine years of excellent service with the Tucson. Ryan and Brian made the purchase an easy experience. The entire staff was friendly, helpful, and professional. Many of them offered me bottled water and coffee, I really like my new shining black Hyundai Tuscon! More
Rear interior leaks! So my husband and I were searching for a car to buy back in June of '14. We weren't sure what we wanted, ended up buying a 2011 Santa Fe Limited Edit So my husband and I were searching for a car to buy back in June of '14. We weren't sure what we wanted, ended up buying a 2011 Santa Fe Limited Edition. We were pleased with our purchase and the hospitality from the dealer. Months later Nov of '14, we bring it in for an oil change and somehow the following week the rear seat-belt/airbag is leaking from the ceiling with water showing just above that area. We contacted the service department and they told us to bring the car on a Friday as the water specialist (The Ultimate Auto Seal) only comes once a week. After he looks at it, we are called back and told he could not reproduce the leak. They call us and say the car is ready to be picked up and we should call if it happens again. Now December of '14, I'm washing the car and now we have 2 leaks?!?!? The 2nd on opposing side in the same area. We call the service rep again and are scheduled to come in not knowing if the specialist will even be there that Friday.Well that Friday comes and they reschedule us for the following week offering to give us a loaner. We reschedule for the following week not wanting to leave the car at the dealer to sit for a week if no one will be there to fix it with the possibility of rain. So here we are this morning 1/2/15, planning to bring the car in and the service rep calls saying the guy isn't going to be there today and rescheduling us for next Friday. It is sad that $20,000 later we have a leaky car, 2 kids who sit in the back and we don't know if the seat-belt or airbags will work properly. The service rep says their manager wants this taken care of since we'll be on our second trip there but there seems to be quite a big delay in getting this done. It's strange to see such a big company relying on one person to come in once a week to fix leaks in cars. There should be a faster solution or some way to find another person to fix this issue. My husband and I have been available for the past couple of weeks (on vacation) and would have liked to be there and make sure the leak is reproduced this time, but now we won't be there most likely as we'll be working. thanks for all the reschedules!!!! Our advice would be to do your research, Hyundai's have tons of leak problems so you should definitely do a water test maybe run the car through a car wash before buying. Don't be fooled by their hospitality, they only want your money and no service in return! More

I n I didn't plan on buying a new SUV when I was in having an oil change. To pass time, I was looking at a new SUV Santa Fe and was approached by Don. I never thought in my wildest dreams that I could afford this SUV. It is a 1014 Santa Fe Sport and has a lot of features. Don Berry was very helpful and knowledgeable. I had bought 2 other vehicles from him in the past. I fell in love with the SUV right away after he helped me in a way that I could afford it. I am so very happy with my new SUV and enjoy driving it. The timing was perfect and glad that I had Don to help me. My previous 2008 Santa Fe and the 2014 Santa Fe Sport does not compare. In 6 years, the SUV Santa Fe has changed tremendously. I couldn't live without owning this 2014 Santa Fe Sport. More

Another service center offered to fix it, but advised me to use my warranty instead because they said it had blatantly busted and was faulty. But of course, the Hyundai service center says it was clear evidence of a rodent infestation. So now they don't have to pay for it and I'm out the money because they say so. This is my fourth Hyundai vehicle and out of at least a dozen issues with my cars trough the years, not one has ever been payed for by the warranty. There always seems to be an excuse or scapegoat as to why I have to pay for the issue. This will definitely be my last Hyundai. Oh and I was also just I formed today, for the first time, that I have to have all my oil changes done at hyundai in order for my lifetime power train warranty to be good. So basically, I have a bumper to bumper that never pays off, and a lifetime power train warranty that I am not eligible for because they conveniently didn't tell me about the oil changes. Oil changes that cost $10 more than any other local service center. More
My '06 Tuscon overheated on the way to work but I didn't realize it until the head gasket blew. My vehicle was towed to Cocoa Hyundai and inspected. Needless to say, I was very stressed when I was didn't realize it until the head gasket blew. My vehicle was towed to Cocoa Hyundai and inspected. Needless to say, I was very stressed when I was told of the damage that occurred. I had no intention of buying another vehicle because I was hoping to go a few years without car payments! My experience with everything that happened that fateful morning from destroying my Tuscon and trying to decide on fixing it or not with George (in Service) to buying a new vehicle in a matter of 24 hours was overwhelming - to say the least. George (in Service) was very sympathetic and discussed my options. I was given a loaner vehicle and 24-hours later, I decided that I was not going to repair the Tuscon. My salesperson, Jeff Ribak, came in on his day off to work with me! He was very understanding and sympathetic to my situation. He realized that I was very stressed and helped me in whichever direction I pointed him in - from new to pre-owned vehicles. He didn't push me and led me carefully to make my decision with wonderful patience. I chose a pre-owned 2012 Sonata! The next process was financing the vehicle. Brian Gore was pleasant and knowledgeable and fun! He got me the best financing possible and made it easy. Having had my Tuscon for 7 years and an Elantra prior to that, I already felt like family with Cocoa Hyundai, so this experience just nailed it home! I am always going to be a family member at Cocoa Hyundai! I positively love my new (pre-owned) Sonata! It rides like a dream! Sincerely, Barbara Krause More
