I love this dealership! I previously bought my car from them in 2006 and wish I would of never let my brother go to another dealership in Sanford. Cocoa Hyundai has some of the best salesmen and overall st them in 2006 and wish I would of never let my brother go to another dealership in Sanford. Cocoa Hyundai has some of the best salesmen and overall staff. They are very friendly and helpful. They worked with me and helped me get exactly what I wanted. They went in depth to explain things to me as far as Gap Insurance and the differences in the packages for the cars. I'm very happy with my decision to go back to them instead of going to a local lying dealership. The staff also has great customer service and communicates very well with you. I would like to thank Scott & Justin for their time and paitience while working with and helping me. I would most defitinly recommend this dealership to anyone who wants a Hyundai. More

I bought a Santa Fe that I wanted to give back within the first few days. This vehicle has only 24k mi on it and I have been in for repairs 5 times within the first 4 months. The promises made for repairs when I purchased the car were not completed. I dont know the official definition of a lemon however, to me this car is one. The vehicle quality is just not there. Considering the reputation of Hyundai it seems this is not typical. The service mgr at Coastal was helpful and did try to solve my problem but, was unable to fix the issue. I was willing to take a $3k loss and had a potential buyer for the car and the visor fell on her head when she was test driving! I just want to get out of this vehicle. More

I really hate buying any car let alone a new one. I was pleasantly surprized as to the moment we stepped onto the lot to look at used vehicles. we were approached by a salesman. Briefly explained what we thought we could afford and asked him to give us a few moments to look around. I have always purchased american cars and was a little skeptical about buying a foreign car. After looking and finding one we went back to the salesman whom looked at what we were currently paying on our trade, appaised it, drove it, and complimented me on the shape of it considering the mileage. I had no intention on buying new until he came back with very reasonable payments on a 2010 Sonata. Still the skeptic in me said no. he asked us to take a test drive. i said yes but was still intent on no. After my wife drove a bit then I, the ride was great, handling, gas mileage, warranty etc...All the xxxxxxwere in place but price. After a short time of number crunching, we made a deal. Car was filled up, detailed and we were out in less than than a few hours. My wife loves the car and I must say I do as well. I received a few follow up calls from Cocoa Hyundai as to the satisfaction with the car and the experience. I can honestly say at that dealership I don't fell like a number but an actual customer that they truly care about before, during and most Importantly AFTER a sale. I will definately return and recommend you give them a ry. I am glad I did. And I have been to many dealerships across the country. Thanks!!!!! More

From the first initial contact with Travis through the internet team to the final purchase of my new 2011 Sonata Limited with Mike and Brian, this was by far the most pleasant car purchasing experience I' internet team to the final purchase of my new 2011 Sonata Limited with Mike and Brian, this was by far the most pleasant car purchasing experience I've had. I did most of the negotiating through email since I live in Orlando and once I felt I had reached a fair price I made the drive over to Cocoa for a test drive. Unfortunately, the car I wanted (interior and exterior colors) was not on the lot but they made a few calls and had it on the lot the next day. I returned later that week to pick up my new car. Mike and Brian were excellent in every aspect and Brian even spent alot of time with me after the purchase to make sure I was familiar with all the gadgets and helped set up my bluetooth. I wish I had gone to Cocoa Hyundai for my 2005 Sante Fe purchase several years ago but made the mistake of buying from a dealer in Orlando. I won't make that mistake again. I would highly recommend this dealership and it was well worth the short drive from Orlando. Kudos to Travis, Mike and Brian. More

Mike was great. He worked extremely hard to get the vehicle I wanted, and in my price rang. The whole process was nowhere near as stressful as I was expecting it to be. I haven't had to buy a car in almost 10 yrs.
