We were pleasantly surprised by our experience at Cocoa Hyundai, not because of any previous knowledge of the dealership but because of a jaundiced view of car dealers and car salesmen born out of previous Hyundai, not because of any previous knowledge of the dealership but because of a jaundiced view of car dealers and car salesmen born out of previous dealings with car dealerships and car salesmen generally - I always felt I should check my pockets after a visit! Cocoa Hyundai had a much more laid back approach. Mike Conley was very amusing but also very knowledgeable at the same time. He was very systematic in his approach and in the end I think we were treated fairly and we were very pleased with the deal we struck. One thing that struck me was that we bought the car late in the day and completed the deal as the dealership was closing and the staff were heading off to a Halloween party. Mike stayed with me after the dealership closed and patiently went through every last detail of the car to make sure I went away informed and happy. That was a nice touch and indicated that Mike and the dealership weren't content to just throw me the keys after the sale was done. More

From start to finish, the process was wonderful. Anthony was very friendly, helpful, and enthusiastic. Great guy to work with. I've taken the car back to the dealership several times for routine maintenance (oil changes, 15K service, etc), and every time it is a sincere pleasure. They will provide a free ride while they work on your car and they will call you promptly when it is ready. And then there's the car - a 2011 Hyundai Sonata. I absolutely love the comfortable drive, smooth styling, and roomy interior. Easily the best/most appealing car I've owned. I would recommend Hyundai and this dealership to anyone who is thinking about buying a new car. More

Came in to look at SUV's/Hybrids and was met by Mike. He showed me a Tuscon Limited, explaining every question I had. We also compared the Tuscon to the KIA Sorento which made things easy to me. No pressure just information. Having done a bunch of research on the internet, Mike clarified all my questions with great expertise. Once the car was delivered Mike demonstrated all the gadgets, bells and whistles that cam with the vehicle. Took me to meet the service manager and introduced me. I had never considered a Hyundai before but I love my new car! The salesperson and business manager were awesome to work with. The only disappointment, which is insignificant, was seeing the sticker price car! The salesperson and business manager were awesome to work with. Although lower than what was negotiated, I feel I did get my monies worth, just wish I hadn't seen the sticker in all the paperwork when I picked up the car. I don't think it would have changed my decision to purchase the vehicle I did. I AM VERY PLEASED WITH THE DEALERSHIP AND MY SALESPERSON AND MY VEHICLE! The salesroom at this dealership could use a makeover to accomodate a little more privacy for clients when they are negotiating though. More

When we entered the dealership, we were met by Michael. We found him to be courteous, personable and ready to answer any questions we might have for him.
