Justin lied from the beginning of my sale. Where do I start? First I was told that they had the car I was looking for upon calling the dealership from Orlando. After telling me yes, I drove an hour to start? First I was told that they had the car I was looking for upon calling the dealership from Orlando. After telling me yes, I drove an hour to the dealership only to see that it wasn't the color I was asking for. Then I was promised I could pick up the car the next day at 11:30 because he could have it delivered from another dealership. I was also told it had 77 miles and it would have an additional 90 miles after delivery....lies again....it had over 400! 11:30 came and went...no car....12:30, 1:30, 2:30, 3:30...4:00 finally there. Also, when i called to inquire about the status, justin was in a meeting so he texted me this..."being that i have jumped through hoops to even get the car TODAY as I WILL...I think it's an exceptional and Herculean effort on my part to have two drivers and 3 dealerships involved to get the only Indiago Turbo Sonata with no navigation in the state of Florida here to you in less than 24 hours...IT WILL BE HERE TODAY." Really??! Yesterday it was no problem, and today you're doing me a favor?! Who speaks to customers like this? Upon driving another hour to get the car, I found that the center console was broken, "no problem" said Justin, "I will order the part and you can have it fixed Friday."b as I was driving home, I realized the 2 power outlets were not workin and some lights were out on the gear shifter. Then, when I got home, keep in mind it was pouring rain when I got ther, I noticed scratches on the trunk! A 2013 vehicle shoul not come in that condition! To make matters worse, I arrive to the service center at 9:00 am on Friday and at noon we get a call that they don't have the part to fix the console because, guess what, another lie by Justin, it was never ordered!! So now 2 days of my fiancé taking off work to fix the defective car with 300 more miles on it that I was promised, he has to take off another have day of work to take the car back on Monday. Who knows if the part will even be there! The excitment of purchasing a brand new 2013 vehicles has turned into a series of problems that should not occurred seeing as how this is a brand new car. I am completely dissatisfied! Justin is a liar who was just interested in making a sale. I regret purchasing this vehicle!! I would ner recommend anyone to the Cocoa Hyundai dealership! They over promise and under deliver! More
When I visited Cocoa Hyundai, I had no intention of buying a new car, but rather I was planning on purchasing the same vehicle that my mom leased. Her lease was expiring, and I liked the car and wante buying a new car, but rather I was planning on purchasing the same vehicle that my mom leased. Just before we were set to sign the papers on the used car purchase agreement, Don and the Finance Manager explained that I would be better off buying a brand new 2013 car of the same model. When I showed my skepticism, both gentlemen explained the benefits and just how I would be able to purchase a new vehicle for about the same payment. Everything made sense to me, so we took a test drive, and I was convinced that the new car purchase was the way to go. In the past, I have had buyer's remorse over major purchases, but not this time--not for one second. And not even two months after the sale! I love my car and feel that this purchase was the easiest, least stressful purchase I have ever made. Not only have I recommended Cocoa Hyundai to anyone who would listen, but I would do business with Don Berry again. He's the best! More

My 2 month car search ended at Cocoa Hyundai. I had test driven and seen EVERYTHING. Shannon Young not only showed me what was available on the lot, he emailed me options until I found the PERFECT car for driven and seen EVERYTHING. I was very specific with what I wanted, and Shannon found exactly what I wanted without getting frustrated with my pickiness! He was very thorough in going over all the features in my Santa Fe. He went above and beyond with replacing wireless headphones and ordering new floor mats. His friendliness and willingness to go the extra mile did not end when I drove off the lot. I had a service appointment in which I was supposed to be loaned a car. There was some miscommunication/mix-up, and Shannon was at the service door with his PERSONAL CAR for me to borrow so I could get my three children to and from school without delay. He continues to follow up with me via email weekly. I know that if I encounter any problems, he will be a phone call away with a solution. Please ask for SHANNON when visiting Cocoa Hyundai!! More

Your service dept is one of the greatest,best I've seen, but I didn't buy my new Hyundai off the dealers ship,becasue of the way they pushed and what they had said when we were looking for a new car I got a but I didn't buy my new Hyundai off the dealers ship,becasue of the way they pushed and what they had said when we were looking for a new car I got a better deal off a Toyota dealer on a 2011 Sonata then the dealer of Cocoa Hyundai wanted to do plus what we were told to us was not the truth. I had a small problem with the service end with the manager(Davic Cinielli) yelling across your waiting room to one of his people in front of the customers. That should be done in the office. Then you tell your customers about making sure they change filter and do service on there cars and the air filter returns in your building are the worse I've ever seen,it at lease 1/4 thick of dirt and the filter is xxxxxxx up into the duck work,I told by one of the techs that the man who was to replace them was sick well he must be sick for a long time it looks like it's been a year and it's not just the one in the waiting area. I think if you preach service you should also make sure your business in the eyes of a customer should be kept up. Tim your service adviser has been one of the most thoughtful and customer service friendly I have ever dealt with. On his customer service I would recommend your srvice to anyone that I know. More
