On this trip we were met by Dolly, she was very knowledgeable about the cars on lot,in spite of the jesting she got from her fellow-peers; and helped finalize the deal on our new car. On Saturday, March 2, 2013 my husband and I were just starting our trip from Merritt Island to Orlando when another motorist alerted us to the fact that all three of the brake lights on our Hyundai Acce starting our trip from Merritt Island to Orlando when another motorist alerted us to the fact that all three of the brake lights on our Hyundai Accent were not working. We pulled into a parking lot and checked fuses but could not get the lights to work. The Cocoa Hyundai service department was just a few minutes away but I had my doubts that they were still open at 3:45 in the afternoon. When we saw that they were open until 4:00 I felt really bad walking in just before closing with our problem but they insisted that the time of day was not at all important, they were here for us. They pulled it into the bay and showed us that the lights were working again. They told us that the brake pedal switch was probably failing and only working intermittently. If we would like they could replace it in just a few minutes. We were back on the road by 4:05 feeling safe and extremely happy with the excellent service that they provided. More
I went in not completely ready to purchase a vehicle; I was just going to test drive and get an idea of what I wanted. WHEN I ASKED TO SEE A SILVER SONATA AND DOLLY HANDED ME THE KEYS, AND WE WENT FOR A TEST DRIVE, I COULDN'T BELIEVE THE SMOOTHNESS OF THE DRIVE, THE COMFORT OF THE SEATS AND THE VISIBILITY OF THE ROAD FROM ALL DIRECTIONS. I WAS READY TO BUY. NEEDLESS TO SAY MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS EXCITING AND GREAT. I AM ENJOYING MY "S.S." SILVER SONATA EVERY TIME THAT I GET INTO IT. I WAS THRILLED WITH THE TRADE IN ON MY CHRYSLER'06, T&C SINCE IT WAS 3,000 DOLLARS MORE THAN WHAT CHRYSLER HAD OFFERED ME. IRONICALLY I RECEIVED A LETTER FROM CRYSLER JUST YESTERDAY OFFERING ME 9,000 FOR A TRADE. OH WELL THERE TIMING COULD HAVE BEEN SOONER, BUT I AM STANDING ON MY PURCHASE. Having Mechanical issues with my 1998 Caddie Catera, and having a 2008 Hyundai Sonata, I was now in the market, for another car. I was brought into the "Showroom" and had a seat with Don. As our conversation continued, I found him to be a very friendly and knowledgable person, with a complete understanding of what I was looking for, and the knowhow to completly inform me about your newest Senota, and it's features. He told me everything about the 2013 Sonata, and I was ready for a test drive. His questions to me indicated that I was elledgable for a few insentives, which were applied to the Price of the car I was interested in.
