My experiences with Cocoa Hyundai in the past have been less than stellar. In fact, their attitude while I was in the market for another vehicle caused me to purchase my Veloster from a dealer in Lexingto less than stellar. In fact, their attitude while I was in the market for another vehicle caused me to purchase my Veloster from a dealer in Lexington, KY with which I was very pleased. The service department management attitude in Cocoa was so distasteful that they made me want to get rid of my Veloster as the first opportunity. The opportunity came about this week with an email from the Sales Manager wanting to buy my car back. Fortunately, I was put in touch with Wayne Spitale who had the good sense to treat me with respect during the phone call which made me give Hyundai sales another try (albeit with much apprehension). I showed up as planned, Wayne was prepared for me as planned and continued to work with me as an individual as opposed just a potential sale from a guy just trying to dump his car. I did not plan to purchase that day and especially did not plan to spend an extra $12000 to upgrade my vehicle however Wayne's minimal xx approach (which he executed quite well) and not offering me and insulting initial value for my trade got us within negotiating boundaries. We quickly worked through it and I drove out of the dealership spending only $300 more than I should have and that was because I liked Wayne's attitude. I also enjoyed working with Mark Hobbs the finance guru. He had his act together and made the experience as comfortable as the people in the Kentucky dealership. And I gave that dealership very high praise for the handling of that sale. Kudos to Mark. More

I traded in my favorite little red sportscar and had failed to photograph it over the years. Jon allowed me to take the car home so that I could take some really nice photos of the car. I'm very happy now with the GT and I'm sure it will meet my needs for quite some time. In fact, I'm certain it will become my next favorite car! More
We recently purchased a 2013 certified pre-owned Accent with about 8,500 miles on it. My husband drives 120 miles a day, so our decision was basically based on gas mileage. He has been driving a 6 cylinder, and the Accent is 4 cylinder. We came in on the 4th of July to look, and drove the Accent out of the lot. We worked with Dolly and Daryl who were both very professional and helpful in every way. We also worked with Mark, the finance man who was very knowledgeable and friendly. We are very pleased with the car so far, and will definitely recommend this dealership to friends and family. If we buy another car we will buy again from Cocoa Hyundai. More
