Dolly helped us purchase an 'almost new' Toyota Seinna for our daughter. She stayed with us right through the whole process. First she showed us the van and pointed out all its features and calle Seinna for our daughter. She stayed with us right through the whole process. Then she worked up a finance/payment plan that would fit our budget and also gave us a very high trade-in value for the damaged Hyundai Entourage van. I am a great Hyundai fan and I would highly recommend this dealer (Cocoa Hyundai) and this sales person, Dolly Sanchez, to anyone considering the purchase of a new or high-quality used vehicle. More

I have purchased many vehicles over the years and my experience with purchasing a vehicle at Cocoa Hyundai was by far the best. What made the experience so much better than other dealerships was the pro experience with purchasing a vehicle at Cocoa Hyundai was by far the best. What made the experience so much better than other dealerships was the professionalism of my sales person Jeff Ribak. He made the car buying experience enjoyable with his friendliness and was very knowledgeable of all the features of the Hyundai Azera. This was a lease buyout and we we paid list price plus dealer fee on both the lease and the purchase, which was a total ripoff. We have bought several cars from this dealership but this was our last purch dealer fee on both the lease and the purchase, which was a total ripoff. I usually dread going car shopping because it tends to be dealer after dealer being extremely pushy and trying to get us into a vehicle that we don't want or can't afford. This was not the case with Cocoa Hy dealer after dealer being extremely pushy and trying to get us into a vehicle that we don't want or can't afford. This was not the case with Cocoa Hyundai. Our sales agent was extremely helpful and straight forward. In no way did I feel pressured into buying something I didn't want. The dealership was very accommodating with financing. It was by far the best experience I've had with a car dealership. I am very grateful for my new car and the wonderful experience we had. Everyone was very courteous and helpful. I will highly recommend Cocoa Hyundai to all my family and friends in the future. More
