They worked with me on what I thought ended up being a good deal. My ground rules or goal was to try an match my current monthly payment on the GLS with the same monthly payment on the new Hybrid. They worked with me until we came close to the GLS payment I have been making the last three years. They were very professional though out the whole process and made it a pleasant experience.
