This dealership is awesome, they are willing to help get you in a car you really like, they are not pushy. My salesman was Wayne Elmore, and Brian Gore was my Finance guy. They worked their magic and got me where I wanted to be. So I left with the new 2014 Sonata, in my same beautiful Silver Blue Pearl, They tinted the windows as well. Still looks like my 2011. My husband and I were in search of new vehicle. We spent months dealing with dealerships that were not able to provide us with the vehicle that I would be happy with at the price I was willing to pay. A co worker Justin Neely had purchased a new vehicle (Sonata) from Cocoa Hyundai and after a week of hearing how great they were from Justin my husband decided to check them out. Within 2 days I was in my new Hyundai and loving it. Jeff Ribak was our salesman and he was awesome. Jeff was very professional and fun at the same time. Jeff was able to put me in a vehicle that I wanted for the price I wanted to pay. Jeff was able to get the trade in money that I was asked without any questions. Jeff was a saint and displayed a lot of patience with my hyper, impatience and at times loud husband which was incredible. I wish I can remember the managers name however he was very nice and displayed patience with my husband too, who allowed my husband to act rude and put his feet on his desk. I have always been a Dodge lady and this is my very first Hyundai and I do not think I will ever go back to Dodge. I am writing this to review to let everyone who is looking for a new vehicle that Cocoa Hyundai does a fantastic job. I was trying to lower my payment and get into a new vehicle. I went in and spoke w looking for a new vehicle that Cocoa Hyundai does a fantastic job. I was trying to lower my payment and get into a new vehicle. I went in and spoke with Jeff on a Thursday to explain what I was trying to do. I did not have time for a test drive that night so i asked him to work me up a quote. Jeff called me within the hour. At know time did i tell him what I was paying on my vehicle. The team was able to lower my payment 150.00 per month. Jeff also asked if i was in the Military, I explained that i was in the USMC. That also saved me an additional $500.00 on the purchase. There is no hassle here. Just good customer service from the sales manager on down. Great atmosphere.
