Don Berry overheard our conversation and showed me the Tucson.. I was very pleased with the fact that he knew unless the deal was right i was not going to trade in my less than 2 year old car.. They made me a deal on an awesome Tucson. I love the Tucson and its exactly what i needed... Dedicated Service I went to Cocoa Hyundai looking to buy my very first car on my own. I knew I wanted a Hyundai Tucson and originally was planning to purchase a late mo I went to Cocoa Hyundai looking to buy my very first car on my own. I knew I wanted a Hyundai Tucson and originally was planning to purchase a late model 2012 GLS. When we pulled into the dealership we were immediately greeted by Javitz. I told him I was looking to buy a used Tucson and only a Tucson. Keeping this in mind, he never tried to steer me towards other models as to simply make another deal that day. He listed to each of the items on my "must have" list and also those on my "well it would be nice if..." list. I had my heart set on a white exterior. Unfortunately, there were no white cars in the used lot. Just to take a look, we went over to the 2014 lot... and of course, I decided that was the only route I now wanted to go. Looking at the base model, there were no white available but I test drove the car to make sure it was indeed what I wanted. The drive on the Tucson is exceptional. I was so relieved. It would make me so frustrated to find out the car wasn't what I expected. Coming back to the lot we talked about price and the current options at Cocoa. While almost settling on a cocoa colored 2014 GLS, Javitz offered that we could find a white model and have it delivered to Cocoa. I agreed to this right away. We signed preliminary documents (since the car was not in the dealerships possession we were not going to complete the sale that night) as the dealership was closing leaving many staff members to have to stay late. Each employee continued with assisting us past closing and we never felt that they were trying to run home. The team continued to be incredibly personable and helpful. Unfortunately due to high demand on white Tucsons, our initial deal fell through. Javitz was excellent in communicating throughout the entire process, keeping me updated on what options were available and listening to my requests the whole time. To get the car I absolutely wanted, staff traveled to Jacksonville to pick-up my car from a dealership up there and brought it down here to Cocoa. I ended up with a 2014 Tucson SE and am glad I was able to do business with Cocoa Hyundai. The entire team was personable and helpful. I was impressed with the dedicated service provided by everyone, especially Javitz, and recommend this dealership. More
