Drove it, loved it, bought it. This was on a Wednesday; came back Saturday & got the Bluetooth set up, again everyone I dealt with was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend Cocoa Hyundai to any of my family and friends who are in the market for a new car. More
Dealer Refuses to Remove me From Their Mailing List Several years ago, I purchased a car from you for my daughter who lives in another state. I don't own the car any more. For the last 3 years, I have been trying to get off of your mailing list. You keep sending me letters wanting to buy the car back. Again, the car is out of state. I keep calling and writing to get removed off your mailing list. I have tried being nice. I have tried yelling. I have talked to sales managers and office staff. I have called corporate on several occasions and have been assured more than once that I have been removed. Again, today, I received more of your junk mail. I had a horrible experience at your dealership and will NEVER purchase anything from you. Between the sales persons calling me "Sport or slick or dude" every time they walked by me, to the verbal abuse I took from the owner I will NEVER deal there again. EVER. Since you will not remove me from your mailing list, the only solution I can think of is to start voicing my opinion about your dealership online in whatever forum I can find. If I manage to get one person to NOT buy a vehicle from you, then that may be a small amount of justice in my situation. I will also send a copy of this notice to Hyundai Corporate. The next step is to post it on your public space. Then I will seek out venues such as Angie's List, as well as Yelp, Twitter, Yellow page & Google reviews, anywhere I can find to post about the horrible way I was treated at your dealership and the fact that in this great age of computers that you are unable or unwilling to honor my simple request to have my name removed from your mailing list. Warranty is useless. Once again, my warranty is useless. My windshield wiper fluid hose was busted. Another service center offered to fix it, but advised me to use my warr Once again, my warranty is useless. My windshield wiper fluid hose was busted. Another service center offered to fix it, but advised me to use my warranty instead because they said it had blatantly busted and was faulty. But of course, the Hyundai service center says it was clear evidence of a rodent infestation. So now they don't have to pay for it and I'm out the money because they say so. This is my fourth Hyundai vehicle and out of at least a dozen issues with my cars trough the years, not one has ever been payed for by the warranty. There always seems to be an excuse or scapegoat as to why I have to pay for the issue. This will definitely be my last Hyundai. Oh and I was also just I formed today, for the first time, that I have to have all my oil changes done at hyundai in order for my lifetime power train warranty to be good. So basically, I have a bumper to bumper that never pays off, and a lifetime power train warranty that I am not eligible for because they conveniently didn't tell me about the oil changes. Oil changes that cost $10 more than any other local service center. More

Over the years we had free oil changes, which is a very good thing. But each time we needed service other than an oil change, the service department was exceptionally professional in all phases of the service process. All of our dealings have been very favorable with this dealer as well as other Hyndai deLerships we have visited. We feel like part of the family. Very reliable automobiles & very friendly staff makes owning a Santa Fe a wonderful thing.... More
