We take it for a spin and decide maybe we could live with it. Finance has a tough time with us because of our current situation being "upside-down" on our trade and not a lot to put down. Come to find out that Don tells us we have a better chance getting a 2014, NEW Veloster Turbo...IN BLACK!!!! Long story short, we clean out the trade in and drive out in our brand new car!!! Cocoa Hyundai was able to work around this in a reasonable manner and put us in a new 2015 Sonata after only two years. Don's review of our new car was very thorough and left no questions unanswered. We will definitely be shopping at Cocoa Hyundai in future years, and be seeking out Don to help us with future transactions. Jeff listened to all my concerns, and walked me through the whole process, and Mark fought for me to get an interest rate way below what I was expecting, along with explaining all the paperwork to us so that we felt comfortable with our decision before we signed anything. Every other dealer we went to wanted to put me in a used car, but Jeff assured me he could get me in a new car for the same payments. I LOVE my Elantra, and will recommend Cocoa Hyundai to everyone. I never thought in my wildest dreams that I could afford this SUV. It is a 1014 Santa Fe Sport and has a lot of features. Don Berry was very helpful and knowledgeable. I had bought 2 other vehicles from him in the past. I fell in love with the SUV right away after he helped me in a way that I could afford it. I am so very happy with my new SUV and enjoy driving it. The timing was perfect and glad that I had Don to help me. My previous 2008 Santa Fe and the 2014 Santa Fe Sport does not compare. In 6 years, the SUV Santa Fe has changed tremendously. I couldn't live without owning this 2014 Santa Fe Sport. More
