Great dealership. Very pleasant. Quick replys on returning phone calls and answering questions. Easy to deal with, upfront with no games. I would highly recommend this dealer to someone else. I went in to look at a used car i received a flyer and thought i would give them a chance from the moment me and my wife stepped out of the car we where mald by the sales staff after asking them several t thought i would give them a chance from the moment me and my wife stepped out of the car we where mald by the sales staff after asking them several times to give use a little time to look they finally did but they just gave use space they watched are every move like we where there casing the the place for a burglary we finally went over to work out financing after giving all the info telling what i would be willing to pay what we would put down they left and went to chuck the sales manager he was a jerk and came back with a price so over the top of what we wanted to pay we where going to leave after some reassurance that this was just the start of nagotations we sat back down after about 1 hour of back and forth they came back to me and told me that they have reach the bets price they can do which was still about 120.00 dollars more then i wanted to pay i told them thank you for your time but i was going to look else where with different lenders like my bank then chuck comes out telling me he would give me the car for 11000 dollars that it is the best price i would find i thanked him again then i attempted to leave he prosecuted to tell me that if I left i would not buy a car they are working hard to get me financed that no one once to finance me in these bad times i told him thank you shook his hand and left after I left i call Orlando they to me that no has even ran my credit score yet that they could see shortly after i called and maid the appointment with the other dealer Scott called to tell me that they think they can get the deal done i told him about the other dealer and that a was taking my business to them i very shortly after that call got a call from a lender asking if i was applying for a loan that some one had just made a inquiry i told them the story they than ran my credit and told me how much I could get a loan for then chuck called me back asking if i was still interested that he could get me financed (but at a higher rate then the the loan person a just spoke to said) I have not returned yet I would not recommend for anyone that doesn't like the be hustled More
Visited Cocoa Hyundai yesterday for their end of month sale after getting a letter in the mail promising to lower my payment. I was skeptical, but they were able to show me a new elanta at a lower payme sale after getting a letter in the mail promising to lower my payment. I was skeptical, but they were able to show me a new elanta at a lower payment. I did have to negotiate with them, but they were easy going about it. It's an older building, but they were slammed when I was there.. very open friendly atmosphere.. a little corny with the balloons but what dealer isin't. I want to add I am happy they are on 520 and us1 because i live right down the road from them and it's easy to get in and out of for me since its right at cocoa village by the river. More
Due to sub-standard facilities i would not recommend anyone to Cocoa Hyundai. Physical location of Sales very difficult to get to, interior of the facility is low class and is a big room with tables for anyone to Cocoa Hyundai. Physical location of Sales very difficult to get to, interior of the facility is low class and is a big room with tables for customer's and sales to do business. Lack of privacity is demeaning and intrusive. Sales manager acted like a jerk when it was totally uncalled for. Sale (Gore) was promp and was very likeable easy going and low sale approach was appriciated. You need people with new attitudes with the level of potental buyer that your new models will attract. YOU NEED TO GET OFF THE CORNER OF U.S.-1 & S.R.520. My overall experience is middle of the road due to "Chuck". Price was fair but it took too long to get the fair price. Again Brian was really good sale's rep and would look forward to dealing with him in the future. Tks, Mike Arnold More
Just bought a new Hyundai Accent from Big Mike at Cocoa Hyundai. With gas prices so high I had to trade in my F250 for something more economical at the gas pumps. I was told that the truck market is suff Hyundai. With gas prices so high I had to trade in my F250 for something more economical at the gas pumps. I was told that the truck market is suffering badly and that they probably wouldn't be able to give me much but they came through and ended up giving me what I wanted, which wasn't bad for a truck with 200,000 miles on it. My new accent gets good gas mileage and I feel like I got a good deal and Mike really went out of his way to help me. If you goto cocoa hyundai say hi to Mike and Brian from Jimbo they are both great. More
Purchased a new car here a couple months ago. I was really excited at the time, overall it was a great experience. My sales rep took a lot of time with me and helped with my credit situation. Look really excited at the time, overall it was a great experience. My sales rep took a lot of time with me and helped with my credit situation. Looking back now the excitement has faded, and I can recall a negative at the time of not getting enough for my trade so I decided to sell it myself.. they did leave an outstanding offer to buy it at a later date though which was cool but no thanks. Overall good deal though and I've sent a few friends down to check them out. Worth it if your in the melbourne or orlando areas. More
Purchased a new Elantra online with their Internet department. I was suprised by how fast they responded and the info they provided. Their first price quote was a little high but was able to ask for department. I was suprised by how fast they responded and the info they provided. Their first price quote was a little high but was able to ask for and get invoice minus rebate as I wanted. Came in and test drove the car but found I didn't really like the color in person. They were able to locate another one in red at another dealer an keep the same price a+ overall More
After hunting in and around Orlando for about 3 weeks, we finally settled on Cocoal Hyundai, we bought an 07 Entourage Limited with Ultimate Package. They gave us the best price and were very friendly. Brian finally settled on Cocoal Hyundai, we bought an 07 Entourage Limited with Ultimate Package. We would certainly recommend Cocoa Hyundai to all our friends. More
Aggressive and rude to no end! My husband and I went in to buy a new 06 Elantra. Well we needed a cosigner. Well after every thing was said and done.......we find out that they put the cosigner as the pri to buy a new 06 Elantra. Well we needed a cosigner. Well after every thing was said and done.......we find out that they put the cosigner as the primary buyer! They (C.Hyundai) said this was a normal procedure cause the cosigner had better credit!!! They also told us that they had explained all that. There was 3 of us and none of us could remember them explaining this....cause if they would of we would of walked away quickly! Then our payments were NOT what they told us they would be. Then after we started receiving letters from finance companies that had turned us down......we found a few that did approve us. Hmmm now we wonder if we could of had a better rate/payment plan if we had an option of who we wanted to finance with. But Hyundai said that only one company would pick us up. NOW to top it off we are having a paint issue...and do you think they are taking care of the problem? NOT! So my advice to anyone who is looking for a Hyundai.......Stay clear away from Cocoa Hyundai! Run far away!! More
