I had an excellent experience at Cocoa Ford service! I especially liked the inspection video! I'm a detail kind of person...so, the video update was perfect for my use. I believe the shop supplies fees I especially liked the inspection video! I'm a detail kind of person...so, the video update was perfect for my use. I believe the shop supplies fees were too steep. I had the Works and a battery change...shop fee was $60. Fortunately, the billing folks adjusted it for me. They explained that the fee is derived from a percentage of the total cost. Logically, I had a $70+ service visit and a battery swap. $60 was too high for me. BTW, I've used this dealership since 2006... I've purchased 4 new vehicles from your dealership. The primary reason I keep coming back is the outstanding service department. Jimmy Broadwell and Mark always take great care of me and my service needs.
