Below, you’ll see the review I gave directly to the store, and I frankly right now would go nowhere else but to Cocoa Ford. They deserve 10 stars! I went to Norris Ford before you because they were store, and I frankly right now would go nowhere else but to Cocoa Ford. They deserve 10 stars! I went to Norris Ford before you because they were closer to my home. And every single time I go in there to their service and parts department and I've only been in there three times they completely ignore their customers and they act like they don't want to serve you by basically downplaying everything that you need, and quite frankly, they have lost at least three different days worth of sales from me. When I left there trying to get a new key that I had just purchased online actually cut so that it would fit in the vehicle. I contacted your store and the gentleman I needed to speak to. I was told had his head underneath the hood of a car, and that he would call me right back within five minutes. I had a phone call. I got every answer I needed answered immediately and went from there. I had trouble with my sunroof and I came into your store and your parts department person name Andy not only explained what I needed, but gave me a diagram to print out of what it was and the pricing that I needed for the more he informed me that I needed it installed then I could come there on Friday and the person you have to repair these would be there. I purchased a different key online to try to program it myself along with a programming kit and apparently the key was bad so after two days of trying to get it fixed, I then came to your store who was going to program it for me only to discover your computer system said the key was no good and frankly at that point I've had it with this online stuff and so I wound up spending $275 getting a new key from you and having you program it. While I was there, your service person that was doing the key for me helped me again unfortunately I don't know his name. I asked him about the funny way. The car sounded when it started and he informed me that it sounded like the starter was going bad. which then gave me additional confidence in your staff. I have been into your dealership three times and I can tell you that I have had nothing but positive responses from every single person in that building when I call on the phone the person I spoke to on the phone was extremely nice and very helpful. I don't know who it was but she was a woman and she is the one that directed Andy to call me back. I am a registered nurse who has worked in the emergency department for the last 30 years. I make pretty xxxx good money. So I can afford the service and the work that eventually will be needed to be done on this vehicle. I would suggest that you may be send a basket of fruit to Norris Ford along with a nice thank you note for sending you business just because they were xxxxxxxxx. because I can assure you that at 57 almost 58 years old and trust me when I tell you that I can be a real xxxxx when I want to be one I can guarantee you that my dead body would never set foot at Norris Ford ever again and that while I live in this area no one but you will touch my vehicle besides me. Again I want to be clear your staff has been nothing but amazing and I have to give extra xxxxxxto Andy because he has been extremely informative very friendly and very helpful. This was my first visit since the dealership became Cocoa Ford. I appreciate that they simply did my oil change instead of trying to give me more service than I wanted.
