I have been so impressed with Cocoa Fords service ever since it became Cocoa Ford. I just took my F-150 in for a customer satisfaction recall and their customer service team blew me away. Got me in righ since it became Cocoa Ford. I just took my F-150 in for a customer satisfaction recall and their customer service team blew me away. Got me in right on time and gave me a ride home as didn’t want to wait for it. They kept me informed along the way and when it was done, they told me they could deliver it right to my house. They also did an all points inspection of everything, just to make me aware that everything was great, no issues. This was a no charge service and even with that they blew me away. My issue was fixed with the recall and I will definitely be using them again should my truck need it. I highly recommend them 👍 More

I worked with Dave. He has excellent costumer service skills in communication and professionalism. I brought my Expedition in on Monday to have transmission work done, n He has excellent costumer service skills in communication and professionalism. I brought my Expedition in on Monday to have transmission work done, not only was I pleased with the work, but also how Dave explained clearly how much time it would take, and what work was being done. When I came to pick my truck up today, he even went out into the rain to retrieve it so that I didn't get rained on. That's above and beyond! I recommend this Ford for their service department! 5/5 stars from me! More
Dealer sent mobile team to my home to update software. While at my house they also did a safety check and did fluid check and fill. Also did a video of the safety check and sent that to me. Dealer under new ownership, thought I would give them a chance to repair my problem car still under warranty. Brought the vehicle on Friday June 14th and asked that if the repairs would take more than 3 da chance to repair my problem car still under warranty. Brought the vehicle on Friday June 14th and asked that if the repairs would take more than 3 days, I would require a loaner, they told me they would get back to me on Monday. I didn't get any information on my car until July 3rd, no loaner given or even offered. Car was finally ready on July 22nd ( over 35 days later, yet no loaner provided ). So my travel expenses all had to come out of pocket. When I went to pick up the Vehicle, They had the AUDACITY to ask me for a 235 diagnostic fee because one of the things wasn't covered under warranty ( which they didn't repair ). Even though they had to diagnose the vehicle for the other multiple repairs performed under warranty. Keeping in mind they never provided me with a loaner so I had to spend a LOT more than that during the 36 days I was out of a car. SO the minimal courtesy would have been to not charge the BOGUS fee, since the car had to be diagnosed and put on a lift for the other repairs anyways. More
