My one suggestion for this dealership is that they consider offering a car wash for their customers after their vehicle is serviced. Had a flashing engine light on I-95!! My 2011 F-150 is a great truck; and has been a reliable workhorse and fun to drive since I purchased it new at Paradise Ford in May 2011. When the flashing engine light comes on it means you need to pull off the road and check your users guide because it's a serious problem. I could also tell my engine was detonating when the light came on. After checking my manual I drove straight to Paradise Ford and entered the service area. Since I did not have an appointment I did not know if I would have to leave my truck if the diagnostic tests showed that the truck needed major work. I was very fortunate that Mr. Nelson Regalado was able to get my truck checked out and that Mr. Ruben Garcia was willing to work to fix my truck over his lunch hour. I was able to be on my way in a little over three hours with a new set of spark plugs and a new ignition wiring harness. More
