Check Engine Light I brought my F-150 Pick up truck to Paradise Ford because my Check engine light was on. This happened once before. I trust Paradise Service I have had no other mechanics touch my 2006 150. I was due my free for life oil change and tire rotation. The Service Rep came to the lounge and tol I have had no other mechanics touch my 2006 150. I was due my free for life oil change and tire rotation. The Service Rep came to the lounge and told me I needed to replace the rear brakes and gave a reasonable price. These were the original brakes which I'm glad to have finally replaced. The work was fast, clean and trustworthy. I trust the Paradise mechanics to keep my truck in good working order. More

Oil change I dropped off my vehicle about 9 am and it was done about 10:30 am. The only problem was they did not reset my oil change setup. Never Again As a college student buying my first car, I was hopeful for a good car to last a few years at a price I could afford. I told them I would buy a great Fusion if they could bring the price down $300 more. They refused to negotiate. I got a call with an offer to bring the price down closer to what I'd asked for. As I'm driving down to the dealership to buy the car, they called and went back on the deal, telling me they "couldn't sell the car for the price we agreed on". I will never set foot on their lot again. More
