paid over $1,000; issue was not fixed By far the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Took my VW Jetta in because the engine light was on and the car was puttering. We were going to junk it, as it has over 150,000 miles on it and it is only worth $250. They assured me the car was in good condition and only needed a few things replaced. I paid $1,000 to have the coil packs replaced and a few other things. Two days later while driving, the engine light comes back on and car is puttering (same issue). After spending $1,000, I took it back and asked if they could diagnose the problem (they never fixed the original issue). Said they would have to charge me another $100 to diagnose it. When I told them I did not want to put another cent into it without knowing what was wrong, they offered to buy the car from me. What a slap in the face. I went to the dealership in person and asked to speak with the manager to see if they could diagnose the issue free of charge, and THEY SAID I COULD NOT SPEAK WITH THE MANAGER. Worst customer service I have ever dealt with in my life. I will never, ever buy another Volkswagen, because I cannot stand to work with their representatives. I will be calling news stations and am considering contacting the Better Business Bureau. More

Horrible I took my jetta here for a simple dignostic.no care was taken with my vehicle.the protective shield is held on by 8 screws,they put 3 back in.Not only I took my jetta here for a simple dignostic.no care was taken with my vehicle.the protective shield is held on by 8 screws,they put 3 back in.Not only just 3,but they were different screws the thread pitch was completely different yet the forced them through anyway ruining the clips.if you love your vw dont let these people touch it. Service is poor. First the tire won't hold air and this is just 1 week after purchasing the car. Needs a new tire but they don't want to pay despite the fact a salesman had been driving the car and had that tire replaced before selling to us and we had taken coverage out for tires and clear coat protection. Don't bother with the clear coat protection. Ours started to peel and no one wanted to fix the problem. Finally went to a different dealer. Much happier there! Cochran won't see us again. More
