Worked with Ryan, who was super great - friendly, casual, knowledgeable, and generally made the experience a breeze. The dealership was really nice, the test drive was totally without hassle, even though, like I said, I thought the car was out of my budget. Got to talking numbers and Caitlin came over - also great. We talked numbers, and they explained their no-haggle pricing - what you see online is what the car costs, so if you like it, great! If you don't... well don't bother, because that's the price. It took a good bit of the pressure off the negotiation because there basically wasn't one (except for trade in). Went back and forth a few times and, while they made an extremely fair offer on my trade in, we couldn't make numbers work (as I'd originally expected though, so no big deal). Even after we decided we couldn't make numbers work on the particular car they had, we talked about what sort of car I wanted vs what I could afford, and weeks later I got a follow up calls from Caitlin and Ryan as they found cars that fit the bill come up at auction. While I didn't end up buying a car here (I'm picky about everything including color, and ended up buying a car 2 states away), I had a great experience and would recommend Ryan and Caitlin and Cochran VW - if you like the price they advertise, go buy a car - it'll be a breeze! Let's fast forward to my first service experience with them. I had purchased the Total Care package that would gave my car that extra cushion of warranty. Sadly, I had an unfortunate incident with my tire and a pothole that rendered my VW with some injuries. I panicked but knew I was in good hands. I called VW South Hills and Jessica C., Brady W. assisted my call with letting me know the next steps. Next morning, 7am sharp I was in with an appointment. Dropped my car off at 8:30am. Dan the shuttle driver got me where I needed to go, great personality, nice guy. Mark in service assured me all was taken care of, prompt, friendly on top of things! 11:30am, car is done, problem solved, amazing! I wrote a review to the Cochran site and got a nice phone call from Ryan from the Internet Marketing team and here we are. My car is all fixed up, lightning fast service, I'll be back on the road tonight in my pretty VW, feeling like a million bucks. Only purchased this car about six months ago and honestly it's been all gold here. Thanks VW team for working hard, getting the job done and being responsive! Amazing work! Truly awesome experience I inquired about the 135is as soon as it hit the site. I was over 350 miles away and could not see the vehicle for a few days. I needed to be sure of the car before I made the 5 hour trip. I requested a number of extremely specific pictures and videos that Ryan not only provided me with, but also responded within a few minutes after each request. I decided to make the trip but was set to arrive at the time the dealership closed. Ryan made sure the rest of the team knew I was on my way, and they could not close before I made it. When I arrived, 10 min after the dealership should have closed, I was greeted with nothing but smiles. Th car was cleaned thoroughly, with a full tank of gas and the finance team of Jess and Brady welcomed me as if it was the middle of the day. They even honored a glitch in price that helped me out on top of an already incredible deal. I hope the chance to purchase from Cochran again. Thanks again guys!! More
