I had my 2011 Jetta in for a blown fuse, Steve handled the problem and notified me of two simple recall fixes that could be taken care of with very little additional time. I really dislike waiting for service work on my vehicles ( I don't think anyone dose) but I was in and out in under two hours. Best of all the suggested work Steve recommended but was serenely not pushy, just simply notifying me of things that would need to be taken care of in the next 30 days or so, saving me a trip to the dealer.
