Working with Marty was an excellent experience. On my first visit, he spent all the time with me that I needed to answer all my questions. While I was waiting for the finance paperwork to go thru, my sales person, Brandee Stratigos, wrote down all of the contact information from my old car and typed every name, address, and/or map coordinate one by one so when I left the dealership I was ready to resume my job. Finally, General Sales Manager Paul Kaseman also took the time to speak with me to make sure I was having a good experience. If the service I receive over the course of my lease is at the level of the service I received in originating the lease, then I will very likely do business with Cochran again. More

However, from the pamphlet I received in the mail, to the phone call I made because of the pamphlet, to my entrance into the showroom, to meeting with Mike Krebs and Paul Kaseman. They made buying a car stress-free and without hassle. Oh, #1 Cochran also beat a competitor's prices on the Passat & Jetta and Mike's knowledge and enthusiasm of the VW models far surpassed the salesman from the other VW dealership. Randi Reuss was also very knowledgeable about all of the finance and insurance information. All in all, a perfect experience!!! More
