I was in love with my old 2003 Jeep Liberty, but the repairs began to add up significantly. My experience was absolutely amazing! I came in to purchase my first new car. As a new buyer, I had so many questions and concerns. My dealer, Brandee, made my experience perfect! Brandee even gave me her personal cell phone number in case I had any questions when I was not able to reach her at the dealership. A different salesman at a neighboring dealership told me that the amenities that I wanted were available, but 2 packages above the base. I told Brandee what the other dealer had led me to believe, and she informed me that was incorrect. She even apologized that I was misled! Brandee worked tirelessly to find me every feature that I wanted in my new car right down to the color. She just kept telling me that she wanted my new car to be absolutely perfect for me - and it certainly is! I never once felt the traditional and stereotypical pressure to buy now, but then again, you do not need to apply that pressure when you are confident in your products and yourself.
