Any number that he quoted verbally was never reflected on paper. He would say things like "what if I can get the price down $30" and then turn around and it was only down $12 and the down payment had increased "by mistake". Even written quotes changed when final documentation was made available. Management stepped in and saved the deal, otherwise I had a purchase lined up elsewhere. My experience with the service department has been the exact same, except even the manager in this department was difficult to deal with. I have had significantly better experiences at Day VW and will return there for all of my future VW needs. Based on other people's reviews, I'm sure there are honest and trustworthy people working at Cochran but I had a very different experience. This VW dealership gives the Cochran brand a bad reputation. More

The experience was not without issue, there were some delays with the inspection and the plate, but they did everything to smooth out any issue, and I think they did a good job.
