I took my car in for service, inspection, and an oil change on a Friday. The shop recommended additional maintenance, including new tires and brakes, bringing the estimated total to about $3,600. They told me they'd prefer the car to stay because the cords were showing on the inside sidewall of the tire and said the new tires wouldn’t arrive until Wednesday. They gave me a loner car in the meantime. Thankfully the tires arrived sooner and I got my car back on Monday. When I picked up my vehicle, the final bill was about $4,600 almost $1,000 more than the original estimate. There was no prior notice of these additional charges. They linked them to the original service request. After driving the car less than five miles home, mostly through a 35 mph zone, I parked it in my garage. The next day, when replacing my EZ-Pass, I noticed a significant chip in the windshield on the passenger side. I contacted the service center within 23 hours of pickup, but they refused to take responsibility, hiding behind the excuse that it had been off their lot for over 24 hours. Instead, they told me to file a claim with my own insurance. Beware of this shop. They inflate prices without warning and refuse to take responsibility for damage that happens under their watch. Their dishonesty and lack of accountability make it clear they do not value their customers. If you care about fair pricing, transparency, and the safety of your vehicle, take your business elsewhere. More

Do not go here. I went in April because I was experiencing car troubles. I have some mechanical knowledge but it is not extensive. I was out of my hometown where the mechanics I trust are, and I paid a pretty penny for a full diagnostic review of both the electrical and the body of the car. I was there for six hours, paid an outrageous amount, and that would have been fine if it had fixed the problem in my car. But it didn't. And it didn't even diagnose the problems I was having well. I continued to have problems with my car, went back to my hometown and had my mechanics look at it. Brakes were almost completely rusted out, which should have been caught since brakes don't just rust out in 1-2 months. The map sensor which was supposedly rewired and replaced needed to be replaced--and my mechanics even double checked that after they learned it had been replaced not even 2 months prior. I felt very taken advantage of when I took my car in for service and ultimately felt robbed because I spent good money and thought it was being put to good use when, in fact, it was not. STAY AWAY from this place unless you want to get lied to and jerked around.
