Unimpressed I recently moved and didn't want to make the long drive to my dealership(Balise Nissan cape cod). I decided I'd give coastal a try. I was having an oil change, and my drivers heat/cool seat wasn't working. I'm brand new too this dealership I had few questions. Those questions were answered with ah jeez I don't know and im not sure. Questions were about the one one rewards program. I was told he would inquire and come find me. Ok great thanks, never came to find me with answers, nor to update me. I was here for 2hrs! After the first hour I got up and looked out the window that views service area saw my car made note of time. I noticed the guys near my lift moving my car, I waited 20 mins. Then I sought out service department, response was oh I was just coming to get you. I know things take awhile but was it too much to update me in the 2 hrs, plus extra 20mins my car sat done! I really appreciated sitting here! Now it's 4/28 I'm back for the part to fix the seats. I asked when making appointment how long a job. Oh it's easy about hour. Ok great, I got here 1145 I'm currently still sitting here as I write this review 210p Again no ones come to update me, I go in search of service department. They inform me it wasn't what they thought at first. I needed another part, that's great you found the cause, but again some communication would have been nice. Especially when I entered into almost 2 hrs of being here. I'm sorry I guess I'm spoiled by my dealership(Balise Nissan) I won't be coming back here again. The service people were pleasant, but I feel communication could be worked on. More

Honest dealer 2 dealers wanted to charge me 109.00 to reprogram my remote to beep when lock and unlock I spoke to Lance At your Cohasset dealer and he advised me to 2 dealers wanted to charge me 109.00 to reprogram my remote to beep when lock and unlock I spoke to Lance At your Cohasset dealer and he advised me to see Butch at the Norwell Nissan who in 30 seconds Butch held 2 buttons on my remote and was done for their honesty I will only use Coastal in future. A problem with car after we picked it up was taken care of. My wife and i bought a used car at Coastal's used car lot. I had an issue with the car that i noticed after driving the car the first week that I had it. I contacted Lance my sales man and he recommended that i bring it down. They looked at the car and determined that it did need some attention. They put me in a loaner on the spot and did what they had to do to make the repair right. There was no out of pocket expense for me even though technically they didn't have to. I was impressed with Linda in the service department who made sure i was happy with the way things were going. They were prepared for me to be in the loaner as long as was necessary. It was only a couple of days. I would highly recommend Coastal's used car center for sales and service especially after the sale. They did whatever they needed to do to make sure it was fixed right and that I was satisfied. More
I had a terrible service experience at this dealership and will not consider returning. Even after the poor service, I sent an email to the service manage, Mr. Kittredge, and he never even followed up or and will not consider returning. Even after the poor service, I sent an email to the service manage, Mr. Kittredge, and he never even followed up or acknowledged receipt of my email...a continuation of the poor service and the "I don't care" attitude you'll get at Coastal Nissan. I spoke with the service technician on the phone and advised I would call him back within 30 minutes to authorize any of the work quoted. After an hour of attempts to reach him- all attempts were received by me being dumped into voicemail- I left a message on the machine. Following leaving the message, I again called back and was told by the front desk that they were "too busy" to get him on the phone but they assured me he checks voicemail frequently. Almost two hours later, I arrived to the dealership to find the technician and another employee standing in the service bay laughing and talking. I should note, the service bay was completely empty. When I approached him about my car and about the message I left him, he advised me he had not "had time" to check his messages. When I voiced my frustration with him and my impression of him standing around laughing with co-workers while I had been waiting for a response, he quickly snapped at me and told me he had been "too busy" all day and I needed to "calm down". When I told him to "drop his attitude" he smart mouthed me and walked out of the shop. I would never treat a customer like the service technician treated me. Not only did he not respond in a timely manner to my attempts to reach him, in fact he didn't respond at all, but he also was rude and belligerent rather than apologizing and attempting to fix the situation. I will not be bringing my car back to there; it will be worth the extra drive for me to go to Quincy than to deal with their rude and delayed customer service. More
I brought my Pathfinder to a local shop and they told me I needed a new radiator and quoted me over 1000.00 I called coastal spoke with Butch and he etold me they are way out of the park on pricing and get I needed a new radiator and quoted me over 1000.00 I called coastal spoke with Butch and he etold me they are way out of the park on pricing and get the vehicle to coastal for 2nd opinion.I am glad I did the price was way cheaper it was free still under warranty I even did my brakes and service check there and I still was under 1000.00.Thanks Butch and the entire Coastal Guys. Trying to get warranty service for my daughters 2009 Murano has been impossible. She has been trying to get this resolved since last summer!The VDC light came on a few weeks after she purchased the used Murano has been impossible. She has been trying to get this resolved since last summer!The VDC light came on a few weeks after she purchased the used vehicle which was in July 2012.She brought the car in and she was told it was a part they had to order and it would be replaced at no charge because the car was under warranty. After several weeks she called them to see if the part had come in and she was told it was there. She brought the car in to have the part replaced but after a day without the car, she was told it was the wrong part and she needed a ABS actuator which would be covered under her warranty. They said they would order it and call her when it came in. She has called back many times and recently Jim told her that the part was there but now she has to speak to George regarding it being a covered service. She was told to call today, Thursday, because George would be there. She called and he was out sick. I left a message on the service manager, Matt Kittredges' voice mail today and he has not returned my call. More
My family and I are long time Coastal customers (15 yrs.) both for new vehicles and service. Mike Shea has always been there when needed with understanding and advice. George Sullivan has always given u both for new vehicles and service. Mike Shea has always been there when needed with understanding and advice.
