My overall experience was very satisfactory. Nate and the other people were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this dealership to my friends. My only issue was time. I seemed like I had to wait an incrediable amount of time each day I came in. Instead of making people wait, maybe you could set appointments. I understand the importance of writing a review but to have a limit of characters that have to be used is ridiculous. More
The experience was exceptional as they serviced my new used car. They were taking care of a couple problems with the used car I purchased. They cut no corners. They replaced everything needed when they could have attempted to do a quick fix instead. I was very happy with how I was treated and the entire experience. They provided a loaner while mine was being repaired. This was very valuable to me since I had just started a new job, I could not stay home and I drove to Burlington. I had been to another dealer looking for a car and the service and attention in sales and then service at Coastal Nissan were far superior to anything I experienced at the other dealer. The other dealer told me they couldn't find what I wanted and that I didn't really fit the profile, like that should make me change my mind and go for what they had, not what I wanted. As a middle aged woman, I found that a disconcerting statement and felt they didn't value my opinion or business as a woman by herself. More
