I can't tell you how pleased I am with Shawn Miller and the whole Nissan experience. As a first-time Nissan driver, I wasn't sure what to expect. When I picked up the car tonight, he made sure I got all the info I needed, helped me set everything up like the Bluetooth and navigation etc. I can just about manage my TV remote controls, and Shawn made the gadgets seem easy. It was clear he knew the vehicle. The finance officer was great as was Shawn's manager. Helpful and friendly. This was the most positive car experience I've had to date. We are from Vermont and were looking for a used Nissan Maxima. We couldn't find anything we liked in State. We found one we really liked at Coastal Nissan. From that point on the service was exceptional in terms of how quickly they located the vehicle with all my many specifications, how fair the price was and how the Finance Manager was able to get me additional items for the car I.e. Simonize, remote starter and tire warranty all at a price I was happy with. The delivery of my car to my work was another added bonus and allowed me not to miss a day of work.
