Found Tom DiPesa & Coastal comfortable & not intimidating. Hate going to dealerships and would have walked if greeted with a too aggressive sales person. That's annoying. I was astounded when John agreed to drive my new car to where I was in RI, get the transfer plates, register my new car, t great price they offered.
