Fast, Friendly, Thorough Service Noticed fluid leak on my Pathfinder on a recent Saturday morning following a warranty transmission replacement a month or so earlier. Fortunately, de Noticed fluid leak on my Pathfinder on a recent Saturday morning following a warranty transmission replacement a month or so earlier. Fortunately, dealer recently began limited service on Saturdays, so was able to take vehicle that morning. Service advisor Mike Walsh quickly investigated problem and provided a rental vehicle until issue could be more accurately assessed on the following Monday. It was later determined that problem was related to previous transmission replacement and repair was completed within the following 2 days. Kudos to Mike W. for helping to initially assess the problem, provide a loaner vehicle, and working with service personnel and manager Geoff Miller to ensure service follow-up action through completion. These guys always do a great job and are very customer focused. Thanks again M. and G. !! More

See below One thing... I had my car serviced and spent almost $800. I had to leave my vehicle for 4 days as I was going out of town. I picked up my car on Monda One thing... The last two services I've had they didn't wash my car. Every other car I've owned, when it was in for service they washed and detailed it. More
