I told them nevermind I don’t want the vehicle anymore the process is to complicated and the begged me to change my mind and did other stuff to compliment the disagreements i was having with the whole process. So eventually I accepted the offer and everything seemed fine until it was time for me to go to the dmv where i live to get my tags title and registration taken care of only to find out that i have to pay out my pocket the sales taxes and everything else.
