Bill with service department is why I’ll never buy from them again. Told me that my brand new gmc has a tolerance level where there allowed to make noise. It’s at there discretion on what’s an accept them again. Told me that my brand new gmc has a tolerance level where there allowed to make noise. It’s at there discretion on what’s an acceptable amount of noise coming from brand new trucks. Told me that I might have to live with it. Then after arguing for 20 mins he then decided to look at the truck Come to find out leaf spring are bad on a brand new truck less than 2000 miles. This man made me shake other trucks to prove to him mine had a noise. Then blamed the noise on a cup and strap in the bed of the truck. Did everything he could to try and pass the buck and not fix the issue. Made me feel like I was lying to them trying to get one over on them. When I asked should new trucks make this noise his response was I don’t make the trucks. I would highly recommend purchasing your vehicle from someone that has better customer service. And just because you’ve been doing it for 20 years doesn’t mean your any good Bill. More
