Their "Attention-To Detail", ensures that my sport utility is operating well above the standards set under Heavy Duty Service Maintenance. Being 6 feet 5 inches tall, there are ONLY 3 SUV on the market today, available in 6 cylinder, under 200 inches long, built for MEN, like me. My 2002 GMC Envoy, is the "Only" Unlead model. The other Two, are both diesel & both made in Germany (Mercedes-Benz "E-series" & Volkswagen "Touareg TDI"). My 2002 GMC Envoy, is among General Motors no-longer made, after 2009. These Two fellows, ensure that my American SUV, continues to perform long after other models have gone to the "Junk Yard." As I've said with them often; "The sale, is a one time event. Recently I had an intermittant GPS unit which was part of the Center Console. Every time I went in it worked fine. When I went on a trip, it lost memory. Ronnie the Service Manager and two technicians stay the Center Console. Every time I went in it worked fine. When I went on a trip, it lost memory. Ronnie has always been kind and caring. She has taken care of me for almost 5 years. I don't know what I would have done without her. She helped me when I was under warrentee, and now that I'm not she care of me for almost 5 years. I don't know what I would have done without her. Frank greeted me with a smile, asked me how I was doing. Not many people do that anymore because they are to afraid of the customers responding. I was extemely happy with the service Frank gave.
