The service is always great at Cadillac Port Richey. My advisor Alfredo is a pleasure to work with. He keeps me up-to-date with whats going on with my vehicle via text or phone call. I like the fact th My advisor Alfredo is a pleasure to work with. He keeps me up-to-date with whats going on with my vehicle via text or phone call. I like the fact that they send you pictures & videos of repairs needed on your vehicle. The no pressure approach is refreshing. I trust Cadillac Port Richey with my car and feel confident that everything will be done right the first time. I also appreciate the courtesy shuttle; the refreshments in the waiting area; and the complimentary car wash. Having to get your car fixed can be stressful but when you arrive at Port Richey Cadillac you are made to feel comfortable. More
