Bruce Pileggi was EXTREMELY patient when helping my husband and me with our new car purchase in 2011. He is knowledgeable, diligent, and always friendly. In fact, I am working with him once again on my next new car purchase. As for service, I wouldn't think of taking my car to be serviced anywhere but Auto Nation, Port Richey. Alfredo Crespo has been my Service Advisor for years. He keeps me informed every step of the way, even during routine maintenance visits. He, like Bruce, is knowledgeable, courteous and a joy to work with. 5 stars overall! More
Crooks!!! My ignition was misdiagnosed. Was told components we're not able to be removed without damaging other parts of the ignition and the components needed My ignition was misdiagnosed. Was told components we're not able to be removed without damaging other parts of the ignition and the components needed to be replaced and given an estimate of $798.00 took the car to suntoyota had the problem fixed within minutes and was only charged for locksmith rebuilding my current ignition which was a small fraction of these crooks estimate! Even after being misdiagnosed no offer of refunding my diagnostic fee of $90.00 More
We had purchased a 2005 Chevy Corvette through AutoNation Cadillac of New Port Richey Florida via AutoNation of Delray Florida. This was a second purchase through AutoNation Cadillac. While trying to get the Cadillac of New Port Richey Florida via AutoNation of Delray Florida. This was a second purchase through AutoNation Cadillac. While trying to get the car from AutoNation of Delray, Mike Stanton GM, Scott Douglas Used Car Manager, and George Bears New Car Manager fought very hard for us to get the car from Delray. Delray did not want to give up the car but through the intense intervention of the previously mentioned men we finally got our car. About a month later we started having problems with the car. The traction control system light was coming on along with the check engine light. We brought the car back to the dealership and had the car diagnosed and the technician Daniel Snouts told us there were 47 different codes that came up. They decided some of these codes were due to a low battery, so they replaced the battery. However, that was not the problem. So they did another diagnosis and replaced the TCM, that still did not solve the problem. The next step was the ECM, again that was not it. Finally, after discussing the issue with the technician, we told him that my husband had the shifter cable replaced about 2 weeks prior at AutoNation Chevy in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Daniel the technician all of a sudden had a light bulb go off in his head and he suggested that maybe some wires might have gotten pinched with the removal of the center console. So Daniel removed the console and found a rat's nest of wires that were not factory installed. He then told us that he was going to make the wires back to factory original. After all the hard work that he did to figure out what was wrong with the car and that it was the wiring, our car was back to herself. We really appreciate all the hard work that not only the technician did but both the GM, Mike Stanton, and Scott Douglas, the Used Car Manager did by putting us in a rental car for two days and allowed us the opportunity to also drive a Lincoln MKS in the event we wanted to trade in the Corvette after all the issues that it had. But due to the diligence of the staff of this dealership we came away satisfied. We did not have to pay anything out of pocket due to the warranty on the car and the inconvenience we were placed in because it did take some time for the issues to be resolved. We would highly recommend and have to our neighbors and social contacts to give AutoNation Cadillac the opportunity for our friends future car purchases and service. In the event we decide to purchase another vehicle it will be through AutoNation Cadillac in New Port Richey, Florida. Sincerely, Michael and Liz Lawlor. More

The employees are very polite and profesional,the place is under construction but I still felt comfortable and the amenities are a nice touch while waiting and the work was done in a timely manner. My DeVille is a 2002 with now just over 100K miles. On both occasions I've taken my car in for service at this dealership Jeremy has been enthuastic about the care of my vehicle. He has patiently and carefully gone over every aspect of the service I was requesting, explaining everything that would be done. Then after the mechanic had gone over the whole car mechanically he went over every thing they found that needed attention and what he and the mechanic deemed necessary and what they considered could wait for a while, allowing me to spread the cost maintaining my car on a fixed income. Hope is very polite and efficient in processing the financial aspect after service is completed. She is very friendly (and beautiful) and makes parting with your money a more pleasant ending to the experience. More
