I recently purchased a BMW and used my CTS as trade in, however, begged for my Cadillac back! I did not like the car and equally as important, I was disappointed with the customer service (lack of) at BM however, begged for my Cadillac back! I have worked with numerous dealers in the area during my car buying experience and none of them have been as u Absolutely horrible customer service. I have worked with numerous dealers in the area during my car buying experience and none of them have been as unprofessional as this one. “The customer is always right” is not a phrase that is practiced at this dealership, and they will treat you as if it is a privilege for you to buy a car from them. And don’t even bother having a car moved from another dealership. I had a car moved to the dealership, test drove it, made it clear that I was still interested in it, and was contact with my salesman on Saturday about coming back in to test drive it again. Due to personal issues, I was unable to come in on Sunday to test drive it again (even though the salesman I had been working with was off work Sunday and Monday) and reached out to the salesman on Tuesday about coming back in for another test drive, only to be told that since our conversation on Saturday, the manager at the dealership was having the car moved off the lot the next day. No one contacted me to tell me they were planning to move it or to see if I was still interested before doing so, despite the fact they have my cell phone and email address and had been contacting me almost everyday. Then, when I voiced my displeasure about not being informed, they acted as if this was a ridiculous request and that I was wrong for wanting to be contacted. All in all, I had a terrible experience working with this dealer and would not recommend them to anyone. More
