I bought my Escalade this month April, Chris Pileggi assisted and went beyond a mile to help keep the car that i wanted. He gave me the best trade in value for my car, compared to the offers online and assisted and went beyond a mile to help keep the car that i wanted. Mike McMahon helped me to get better deal for the financing(better compared to the one shopped online). It was really worth the drive from Orlando(100 miles one way). More

From start to finish, I was thoroughly impressed with AutoNation Cadillac. Celine Veenstra went above and beyond anything we expected and are extremely grateful for her! We were strung along from another AutoNation Cadillac. Celine Veenstra went above and beyond anything we expected and are extremely grateful for her! We were strung along from another local Cadillac dealership who didn't even know of the new paint colors for the 2023 vehicles and completely wasted our time for a month with excuse after excuse as to why they just couldn't deliver what we wanted. BUT..... it couldn't have worked out any better! Celine searched around the country for the vehicle I was looking for and when that didn't pan out, she didn't give up and told us we could just order one. Production started on my dream car on 3/27/23 and we picked it up on 4/18/23! Even when we noticed a flaw in one of the wheels, they were very quick to get it in and fixed within a day. I am extremely impressed with the professionalism and kindness of everyone there and I will NEVER hesitate to recommend them to anyone! More

Jen and Patti are great they were very helpful. It took 2 months to get the part for my car. During that time Jen always kept me updated regarding when my part would arrive. Many times I would get frustrated and Jen and Patti were very understanding. I had to rent a car from Hertz and it was very frustrating. I kept getting phone calls from Hertz saying my rental was overdue. Both ladies kept contacting Hertz in my behalf. The service I received here was excellent.
