Service Brought my 2012 Buick Enclave to the dealership for an oil change and a few other problems. Bill in the service department was totally helpful and caring . He demonstrated the utmost professionalism and was extremely thorough. How ever when I got in my vehicle to leave the dealership The dirty oily cabin filter was sitting on the passenger seat of the car. Along with the housing for the filter and two screws. I went back inside to notify Bill but he was out in the shop with another customer. Bill also told me he would email me the paperwork on the vehicle inspection and what they found and also the cost to me to have these items repaired. I have not received an email as of tonight with this info. Please have this info sent to me as soon as possible so I may review . More

Drivers Seat Had no problem with the service of my vehicle everything was done as expected. When my seat is set for my comfort zone and my radio channels has been changed it makes me wonder what else has been messed with. On my next service appointment I'll request that my seat not be moved. More

Travis and Nathan awesome guys! I had the pleasure to work with Travis H. as my service advisor and Nathan E as my service technician. These men are true gentlemen. I had just abo I had the pleasure to work with Travis H. as my service advisor and Nathan E as my service technician. These men are true gentlemen. I had just about my used vehicle from the dealership and all of a sudden it started to make a "funny sound", I'm a woman and I honestly know very little about cars, so I was super nervous, and really stressing out, as the vehicle was sold as is. (Something that I won't do again) However, Travis was the first person that I dealt with and I think he realized that I was very nervous and very stressed out. He immediately had someone look at it, and said that I would be in and out in less than an hour, and I was! Then I had the pleasure to meet Nathan E. he was my service technician, and he was also very professional and understanding of my extremely limited knowledge of how the part that needed to be replaced work, and the potential damage that it could do to my vehicle if it wasn't repaired. So I asked him to please explain it in layman's terms, and he did without an attitude or talking to me like the "little woman" but as a woman with respect and courtesy. That is when the guys told me that it was covered under a warranty and that I would have to leave my vehicle with them. Nathan and Travis both said that they would have the car about to me by the next day. Travis got me set up in a loaner and I was off and on my way in literally under an hour with peace of mind! Nathan was kind enough to walk me back to my vehicle to assist me in gathering my things that I needed out of my vehicle. Travis got me set up in a loaner and I was on my way. There wasn't any upselling, and he told me that my vehicle did need one thing, and when I spoke with my bother he assured me that the service that was suggested was needed on my vehicle. I have an will use the service department in the future! Thank you Travis and Nathan for being so kind and professional and never making me feel like I was being spoken down too. I really did appreciate your professionalism and courtesy! More
