me and my husband went to ed morse auto plaza in port richey florida on 9/4/13 and purchased a car through a loan giving our expedition as a trade in which we owed money for it. the dealer took is as a t richey florida on 9/4/13 and purchased a car through a loan giving our expedition as a trade in which we owed money for it. the dealer took is as a trade in and we signed paper work and went on our way. throughout the first few days the loan company started calling us stating that they needed the right documentation to process the loan which that documentation was given to them on 9/4/13 we gave them everything they needed 3 weeks later they call us and tell us that the loan wasn't approved because our rent was higher then expected so we went back to the dealer and asked them to give us our expedition back they said ok but we needed to wait for the next day for them to send it back from the auction we came in the next day and it still wasn't there so they said to wait till the next following day and we did just that. before going back there we went to the dealer ship which we owed the expedition and wanted to find out how can we come to good terms again since we didn't pay the monthly because we where in the process of buying the other car and they told us that ed morse autoplaza paid them off so we go back to the ed morse dealer and speak to (Luis Belen) and he said that our expedition was there and gave us the keys I told him that the other dealer ship said ed morse dealer had paid off the expedition and he said thank you for letting him know and he walked away and spoke to his manager (Sean Walsh). they stood talking for almost 1 hour back and fourth giving us the run a round (Luis Belen) comes up to my husband and asked him for the keys to the expedition because he wanted to check the gas milage and drove the car to the back and after a long hour another salesmen (Bob Patterson)calls us to his office and tells us that the expedition belongs to them and that if we wanted it we needed to pay them 2,300.00 cash price no in house finance. we went in for a newer car we couldn't get it and wanted our car back to pay off like normal to the other dealership and they keep that one aswell and we stay without a car we don't think its fair because they needed to wait and made sure the loan went through before they did anything with the car the made mistakes and we have to pay for it I have 2 kids and they couldn't work us out a deal never in a million years I would have thought that could happen and they could get away with it. They are very unprofessional, all they want is to make money and don't care about any customer, guys be careful with this dealer specially if you have a trade in , if the loan doesn't go through they keep your car. More

The reason that Ed Morse Auto Plaza received these scores is for the following reasons; Ed Sampson is a Highly Professional Sales Consultant who takes it upon himself to understand his clients needs and want is for the following reasons; Ed Sampson is a Highly Professional Sales Consultant who takes it upon himself to understand his clients needs and wants. The friendly feeling and true concern expressed goes along way in first making you feel part of the family there. Everything done is in line of a true professional. He asked the right openended questions to put the customer at ease. He will be truly recommended to others often. If I owned a dealership he would be the first to sway to my side of the fence. Along with Robert Manz who finished up alot of the required documents when Ed was off, team work of this nature is hard to find in these tight times. Robert has a true professional attitude. Sean Walsh the Finance Manager made the final steps enjoyable - no hard core pressure, but he did explain all options and financial concerns if they may come up (left no stone uncovered). Mike Hennagir the Sales Manager and Team Coach was fare and professional as he should be. All around the dealership are signs of 18 reasons for you to buy at Ed Morse Auto Plaza but I do believe that there should be (19) reasons why - #19 They are GREAT !!! I have been coming here since 2005 when my wife traded in her Madza 323 (16 yrs old) for her present 2005 Madza 3. We are your Life time friends and customers. My husband and I went in to Ed Morse to begin gathering information on a new Buick. We were greeted outside by Mr. Palmieri as we looked at the cars on the lot. We went in to the showroom and began discussing what we thought we wanted. He told us up front he was a new salesman which concerned us at first. As we discussed what we were looking for, he tried to convince us to test drive the car but we had other engagements and did not have time. That would have ended our discussions and we would not have come back as we always purchase our cars from Ray Latheam in Michigan. However, he excused himself and returned with David Weisman and he gave us the keys to a Lacrosse and let us take the car. When we returned it, we were not sure that that we wanted a Lacrosse. We were still thinking perhaps an Enclave. He told us to take an Enclave over night. When we returned that car we knew that was not the one. It was a Lacrosse and I wanted the GPS system as well. He did not have a Lacrosse with the GPS system but I was pretty sure I wanted a Lacrosse. Again, they gave us a Lacrosse to drive for the day. When we got back, they had a Lacrosse loaded with a GPS avaliable. We decided to trade in our Buick and get it. We generally do not buy in haste but this car and deal turned out to be Much More than we expected. We want to Thank Mr Palmieri, Mr Weisman's with his quick response in the test driving, and the entire Ed Morse Team that assisted Mr. Palmieri on his first and successful sale. More

We purchased a new buick enclave at ed mores port richey auto plaza. Our salesman was Scott Goffney he was courtious,respectful, knowledgeable.We;ve purchased 8 new cars thus far & this was our most enjoyab auto plaza.
