We got a good deal and were happy to sign the dotted line. They even called to make sure the car was performing well. I do recommend them to anyone looking for a good new or used vehicle. More

I was very impressed with his knowledge and the ease at which he was to work with. I found what I was looking for and the price was better than I had found elsewhere. I would recommend Ben Brotherton to anyone looking for a new or pre-owned vehicle. More

We stopped at Coad Chevy in Cape and met Mitch Eater and he listened on what we were looking for and price. Mitch stated that at the time had nothing on the lot But would call me that day to advice me if he could locate something. Within the hour Mitch called an said he found a new 2015 Chevy Cruze in Anna, Il. He got the car over to Cape Girardeau and we loved it, I could not be more pleased it was great. Every option we were looking for and the price spot on. Mitch went above and beyond to listen and assist in finding that perfect car. My grand daughter experienced a positive first time car experience. Thanks to Mitch Eaker. More
Fantastic Service I've always stressed about buying a vehicle and this is the first time I have walked into a place and the stress disappear. It was painless and quick I've always stressed about buying a vehicle and this is the first time I have walked into a place and the stress disappear. It was painless and quick. I told them what I was looking for and price range and they made it work. I expected it to take forever and possibly more than one evening to find a vehicle that was reliablea and fit my criteria They not only got me into a vehiclefor, but the got me into a vehicle that is seven years newer than the one I brought in for trade. I would recommend Chad Chevrolet to all my friends and family. More

I had to make a scene to get it "fixed". After they said it was fixed I drove out of state and it broke down again in Montana! I had to be towed and pay for a rental and a hotel. OnStar confirmed it was the same problem they had "fixed" twice before. This was further confirmed by the Chevy dealer in Montana where we were towed. When I called Coad Chevy to tell them what had happened guess what? They didn't return my call. If you want your car repair to last for more than a few days go somewhere else! More
Terrible experience. Doug Edwards and the rest of the staff was nice at first. After we agreed on a price I asked them questions about the past services the vehicle had. I was promised multiple times tha staff was nice at first. After we agreed on a price I asked them questions about the past services the vehicle had. I was promised multiple times that the car was fully serviced at the time they accepted the trade. I looked into it myself. I asked them why the service reports were not on the CarFax. He did not have an accurate answer for me. I drove off the lot, fuel on empty. First place I drove was the gas station to fill up. The next day I called and asked again. They said the car got an oil change and I need to have it serviced ASAP. The car had almost no oil left at all. The next day I spent 85 dollars for fully synthetic oil at a licensed service facility to keep my warrenty valid. They said they would reimburse me for the oil change. They never did. Also, they swapped the original two front tires on my vehicle. They put on tires that are nearly bald, and took the ones that only had 30,000 miles on them. I know this because the rear tires are original and the tread was good. I have called the dealer many times and they have ignored me. As many times as I leave messages I get no returns. I wish I would have not bought my car here or given these people any business. I would never recommend this dealer to anyone. I never complain about customer service and would certainly never go through the trouble of writing all this if it weren't true and have been so bad. More
I contacted the dealership in order to purchase a Chevy Tahoe LTZ. The first time we drove up to look at a Tahoe they had listed on their website. It was nowhere to be found on the lot. So I called from Tahoe LTZ. The first time we drove up to look at a Tahoe they had listed on their website. It was nowhere to be found on the lot. So I called from the car and asked if they had it. The salesman stuttered around and said they did have it for sale, but it wasn't there. He finally admitted that the owner was driving it as a personal vehicle. This was on a Saturday morning. So we left. Two weeks later, we were out shopping again, and decided to stop in and try and look at the Tahoe again. This time on a Tuesday. Once again, the Tahoe wasn't on the lot. So I called again, and once again and was told the Tahoe was being used by the owner. I asked if it would ever be at the lot, and was told they didn't know. So I decided to call back and just talk to a salesman and tell him what I wanted. I got connected with Doug Edwards. I explained what I wanted to Doug, and he proceeded to immediately try and sell me something that was the wrong trim level, color, and $10,000 more that I wanted to spend. When I pointed this out to him, he became hateful and rude. I told him I had bought a couple other new vehicles from them a few years ago and that I was hoping to buy locally, but he made it clear that he didn't care that I was a repeat customer, and made the comment "Well it doesn't appear you've bought recently..." in a very rude and hateful tone. So I asked Doug about the Tahoe I'd tried to see twice. I asked what the was the best price he could do on it. He wouldn't even discuss it. It became obvious to me that Doug likes uninformed consumers that come in and allow him to use high pressure tactics on them. He then said that the Tahoe would be back at the lot in a few days, and he then pretty much hung up on me. I had a horrible experience with this dealership. I bought two brand new vehicles, within a month of each other, from this dealership before. But things have definitely changed. Doug Edwards is a rude, unhelpful, snake of a car salesman who only cares about his personal profit, and not about taking care of the customer. Salesman like him are why dealerships get such a bad name. I will NEVER shop at any COAD dealership again, even though they are local to me. And I will tell everyone that I know not to shop there as well. I ended up buying a new Tahoe LTZ, but had to drive a couple hours to pick it up from a different dealership because of the horrible service I received at COAD Chevrolet. More
Mr. Doug (did not care to get his last name), seemed Mr. Doug (did not care to get his last name), seemed like a very nice man, but proved to be a very dishonest and dirty salesman. First, he agree Mr. Doug (did not care to get his last name), seemed like a very nice man, but proved to be a very dishonest and dirty salesman. First, he agreed to give me $5,500 on my trade in, but when he added all the numbers to give me a final sale price, he tacked on the trade credit to the loan. I immediately noticed that after pointing this error out, he took a very defensive and aggressive attitude. He wanted to manipulate the whole situation. He probably thought he could take advantage of a single woman buying her first vehicle. More

My salesman, Mike Schutt, spent almost two days to find the truck I wanted. He was constantly in touch with me to let me know how it was going. I know that there is no way that he could have made enough mo the truck I wanted. He was constantly in touch with me to let me know how it was going. I know that there is no way that he could have made enough money on the deal for the amount of time that he spent. I am very, very happy with this dealer and would suggest that anyone go by there and talk to Mike Schutt. More
