Had a check engine light come enroute from Arizona to Disneyland on 10/10/23. After stopping at an Autozone to see what their diagnostic machine would say what was wrong, I decided to continue on and sto Disneyland on 10/10/23. After stopping at an Autozone to see what their diagnostic machine would say what was wrong, I decided to continue on and stop at the nearest VW, which was Coachella Valley. Service advisor Jennifer took care of us. She was great and got my car in to be looked at around 130pm. The part that was the problem was in stock and Jennifer got two technicians on it to get my car fixed very quickly actually. I think it was a little over 2 hours which isn't bad for a last minute thing. I appreciate them getting it looked at and fixed in such a short time so my family and I could continue our trip. Nicole’s skill set with people could be useful in any industry and VW is lucky to have her. When you enter into a dealership, you never know what kind of service you’ll receive and I think Nicole is a great representative of ‘service’ - with a smile!
