Great for service. No nonsense. Not so keen in the sales team however. We agreed on a price over the phone, but when I arrived at the dealer a few hours later, they No nonsense. Coachella Valley under new ownership and management rocks👏🏼👍🏼! What a stark contrast!! I experienced a harrowing treatment only 2years ago, from sales agents to manager!! I had to come go back this time to trade in the car they SOLD me in 2022!! The new owners/management, Phil, sent me a text inviting me to come back and lovely Melissa in Sales, treated me an elderly, with respect and not "hoodwink" me again with a RAW deal I received from the old management! So keep up the great work CV I-10 Volkswagen!!! More

My experience with VW Coachella Valley was positive from start to finish. The staff was very communicative throughout the entire leasing process, keeping me informed every step of the way. I wasn’t sure if start to finish. The staff was very communicative throughout the entire leasing process, keeping me informed every step of the way. I wasn’t sure if I would be able to afford my dream car, but the team worked out all the leasing details and were able to help get me into the ID.4 model I really wanted. When it was time to sign the papers, I truly appreciate the time they took to walk me through everything in detail and help me understand all of the terms and benefits prior to signing. They answered every question I had without hesitation. I would absolutely lease from them again in the future. More
